Fantastically located second floor studio apartment in a quiet cobbled mews in the West End. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, theatres and attractions. Fully furnished to a high standard. And a beautiful patio shared garden!

This is a beautiful tidy space for an individual or couple, and can also accommodate a third person on the sofa-bed.

Freshly cleaned bedlinen and towels are provided at no extra cost.

The Warren Evans king size bed is a solid wooden frame with a super comfortable Warren Evans pocket sprung mattress (200cm long x 150cm wide). The bedding is equally luxurious. The pure wool mattress protector and pillows are natural, hypoallergenic and breathable. The Fogarty all-seasons duvet lets you choose from thin, medium and thick options - perfect for staying warm and comfortable all year round. The high quality bedlinen is 100% natural too - lyocell and cotton. All this makes for a great night's sleep so that you are fully recharged for a great day out!

There is a 2-seat Nabru sofa-bed for relaxing and watching TV. It can be opened out to make a single bed for a third guest.

You can work in style at the desk with desk lamp and sink into the incredible IKEA MALKOLM swivel chair, and there is a second swivel chair for other guests.

There is free 50mb/s wifi broadband internet and 100-channel cable TV service from Virgin Media, together with a Toshiba 26' LED TV with built-in DVD player.

Catch up on the latest news and music on the stylish DAB digital radio, and print/scan/copy documents on the compact Samsung multi-function laser printer.

Your clothes can be neatly stored in an IKEA wardrobe (hangers provided) and Muji drawers.

The Dyson bladeless fan will keep you cool in hot summers - with no noise!

The bathroom is modern and has a bath and integrated shower with high pressure hot and cold water. There is a stunning LED bathroom mirror with shaving socket and a bathroom cabinet.

The towels are made from the finest Egyptian cotton.

Other facilities include a full length mirror, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, combi microwave oven, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle - and an amazing De'Longhi Dedica espresso coffee machine which takes powder coffee or ESE pods. A full range of quality cutlery, crockery, utensils and cooking items are provided. There is also a small drop-leaf dining table and two folding chairs.

There is a gas combi boiler providing central heating and hot water on demand. The central heating is controlled by a beautiful Nest thermostat - all you have to do is set your desired temperature.

The apartment is on the second floor (no lift), and the communal area (entrance hallway, staircase, garden) is clean and secure.

There is a beautiful communal patio garden at the back - great for enjoying a drink in the evenings.

Please note: The apartment is small so it is most suitable for individuals or couples. If you intend to sleep on the sofa-bed, you may not find it comfortable as a bed. As is the norm in UK homes, there is no air-conditioning and it's not required even during peak summer.

The flat is located in a great location, 10 min walk to Oxford Street.

Everything you need is around the corner. The flat is in a quiet street.

Very clean. The only thing is the mattress is not the most comfortable one.

We stayed at the Fitzrovia flat for 15 nights. It was our first VRBO experience and overall we enjoyed our experience. The flat was perfect for two people, it was a bit cozy for three. The kitchen had most of what we needed and we cooked meals on most days. The WiFi was good and the place was kept warm while the weather outside was cold. The washer/dryer worked well and we used it nearly every day. We loved the location finding that it was easily within walking distance to several tube stations, lots of dining choices, and local attractions. Our only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin but it was not a major problem. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Comfortable flat within walking distance to main attractions

Great location, nice flat

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great location, about 3 minutes walk to Goodge station.

Amit let us in remotely on the first day of our stay, which was slightly weird but efficient and easy with a simple call.

It's a cute flat with everything we needed. It was enough space for myself and my wife.

Due to this being an apartment in an apartment building of course there will be some noise from the above neighbors when they're walking around etc. but it never kept us up and was never late at night.

The thermostat was broken, but we never needed the heat and the fan that was provided was perfect. Amit offered to have someone out to fix it for us, but since we knew we wouldn't need it, we declined his offer.

Every now and then the toilet wouldn't flush but staying here as a couple this never bothered us and I think it was a timing thing with the water.

We never cooked here but it seemed like everything a cook would need was provided.

The stairs really were not that bad at all, and we had a ton of large luggage.

Overall, the flat was nice, the location is great and there are tons of cute restaurants nearby.

Fitzrovia is a brilliant area in the West End. Walking distance to the shops of Oxford St and Regent St, the theatres across the West End, the bars and nightlife of Soho and Covent Garden, and the trendy restaurants in Fitzrovia itself.

Goodge Street tube station (Northern Line) is three minutes walk.

Oxford Circus tube station (Central Line, Victoria Line, Bakerloo Line) and Tottenham Court Road tube station (Northern Line, Central Line) are both 10 minutes walk.

Bus stops on Tottenham Court Road serve most of North and Central London.

Street taxis are easily available on Goodge Street.

Getting to the apartment:

From St Pancras International station (Eurostar terminal), the best option is to take a taxi because it is only a 10-minute journey. The bus route requires some walking and the tube route requires changing line, so taxi makes more sense for such a short journey.

From Heathrow Airport, the options are:

- Fastest (and most expensive) option: take the Heathrow Express train to London Paddington station, and then take a taxi for the 10-15 minute local journey.

- Mid-speed (and mid-priced) option: take the Heathrow Connect train to London Paddington station, and then take a taxi for the 10-15 minute local journey.

- Slowest (and cheapest) option: take the London Underground (tube). Piccadilly Line to Leicester Square, change to Northern Line, go northbound to Goodge Street station, then walk to the apartment. Changing lines in the tube with luggage is inconvenient.
