This luxurious and modern townhome is an architectural stunner

Short distance to Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Hollywood, the world-famous Getty Museum, Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars and Downtown LA.

40 min to LAX, 25 min to Santa Monica and the beaches of Malibu.

1 hr to Disneyland, 1 hr. to Santa Barbara, 2.5 hrs to San Diego, etc.

Conveniently located near 101, 405 Freeways.

This three-leveled property is fully remodeled, modern contemporary designed with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and 2,200 square feet of indoor living space.

Downstairs high ceiling living room with 50” flat screen TV , paintings. On the second level, there is a dining room with granite table, seats up to 10 people, breakfast area and office space.

The Chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, equipped with microwave, juicer, coffee machine, toaster and so on. There are everything you need to prepare and serve food.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom, with a king size bed, flat screen TV and specious bathroom with state of the art shower and whirlpool bathtub.

Two other bedrooms are on the other side of this floor have full bathroom with bathtub and shower. One of the bedrooms has a full size bed and a flat screen TV. Third bedroom has a queen size bed.

All three bedrooms have custom made closets.

Outdoor living is second nature to Californians. The outside living area complete with a formal dining area inside a cabana, sitting area under umbrella, stone floors and BBQ grill to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Safe neighborhood, small gated community, private garage for 2 cars, guests parking available.

EXTRA (no charge): 2 roller bed, pack-n-play for infant/toddler, buster car seat for toddler.

Central air/heating.

Fine Linens, Toiletries, Paper Goods, Wi-Fi, full-access cable TV are included in the rental.

All utilities are paid by the host, just like a hotel!

Great location n very secure house

We stayed 3days n 2nights the owner of the house was really nice n respond quicker! The house it self is very big has 3 room n cooler place however some of the stuff is broken like the tv n bathtub clogged but if you wait the water will drained in about 5mins some lights n other small things broken but no big deal for me cuz I never stayed in the house the whole day I'm only home during late night to sleep that's all important to me n shower! Overall the house is in great condition I would recommend this place n I would comeback next year for sure.

Owner's Response: All maintenance in the house is done regularly. The TV was never broken, might be in different mode. It's a smart TV and some guests using different modes.

Excellent - attractive, clean, spacious yet cozy condo

Myself and my six grandchildren (ages 23 to 15) stayed in your condo during our vacation in California from Aug 10 to 14, 2017. We spent most of the time exploring and enjoying the city. It felt amazing to come home - to your beautiful condo, relax and enjoy being with family in such a nice, calming atmosphere.

Overall, myself and family feel this was our best vacation ever. The security and comfort your condo offered were important in being able to enjoy our stay. We had access to everything we needed.

Thanks Elena, for giving us the opportunity to experience the beauty and elegance of your home. I will surely recommend your place to others. If I come again to Cali., I would definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful place

Really a very nice and cozy space. The architecture inside is marvelous. Great location too; close to grocery store; not too far from beaches and Hollywood Blvd. Would highly recommend.

I'm going to mention some minor things here to bring to the attention of the owner, so they can be taken care of.

1. Water filter in kitchen fridge needs to be replaced.

2. Kitchen patio door was not opening, so we were not able to use the patio.

3. Many light switch knobs are broken throughout the house and need to be fixed.

4. The master bedroom bathroom door hing is loose and makes it hard to close the door.

Just little things which could easily be fixed by a handyman. They are not show stoppers, but would be nice to get fixed.

Overall it was decent.

The property overall was decent. It has 3 levels but only 1 AC unit so it gets hot inside the property from like 10am-7pm daily. We also saw a roach inside the master bedroom on day 2 of our stay. I took a picture and sent it to the property manager via text but she never responded.

Great location, pleasant stay!

Great location, close to highways, garage parking. Beds not overly comfortable, but overall stay was pleasant. Outside patio area peaceful, a great place to unwind after a long day at Universal Studios. Highly recommend, would stay here again.
