This three-leveled property is fully remodeled, modern contemporary designed with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and 2,200 square feet of indoor living space.
Downstairs high ceiling living room with 50” flat screen TV , fireplace and paintings. On the second level, there is a dining room with granite table, seats up to 10 people, breakfast area and office space.
The Chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, equipped with microwave, juicer, coffee machine, toaster and so on. There are everything you need to prepare and serve food.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom, with a king size bed, flat screen TV and fireplace has a specious bathroom with state of the art shower, Brondell bidet toilet and whirlpool bathtub.
Two other bedrooms are on the other side of this floor have full bathroom with bathtub and shower. One of the bedrooms has a full size bed and a flat screen TV. Third bedroom has a queen size bed.
All three bedrooms have custom made closets.
Outdoor living is second nature to Californians. The first level outside living area complete with a formal dining area inside a cabana, sitting area under umbrella, fountain, stone floors and BBQ grill to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is also a roof garden with sun bathing lounges to have a romantic time under the stars.
Safe neighborhood, small gated community, private garage for 2 cars, guests parking available.

We stayed for a week in this glamorous, multi-level home. It was large enough for our party of five adults, giving us each areas where we could spread out. We were there to spend Thanksgiving with relatives, and we were able to seat ten adults comfortably for dinner.
The house is in a convenient location and there are at least three grocery stores nearby: Trader Joe's, Von's and Ralph's. This was important for us as we frequently made dinner for our crowd. There are restaurants in the area which we also enjoyed. We were within walking distance to our relatives' home and felt safe walking in the area.
There's a spacious 2-car garage, and a few additional parking spaces for visitors.
There were a few minor inconveniences: I stayed in the pink bedroom and found the bed to be very difficult. It's very low to the floor (shin-height), and the mattress is surrounded by a wide platform. This made it incredibly difficult to get in and out of for people our age (mid 60s to 70s). The multiple levels (lots of stairs) were difficult for our 92 year-old mother to navigate with her cane.
Internet access was pretty good, but periodically would bump us off (maybe because 5 of us were accessing it?).
The house as a whole was clean, though there were a few areas that were less so. For example, there is an area on the wall of the pink bedroom where someone had splashed something and it was never cleaned up. Some cooking pans and bake wear had food stuck to them. There was no dustpan and broom (there is a Swifter) which made clean-up difficult while we were there. There were a few burned-out light bulbs or lights that didn't work. The coffee pot makes only 2-1/2 cups of coffee, which meant we needed to brew multiple pots of coffee each day.
However, these minor inconveniences did not diminish the pleasure of our time spent here, and I would recommend this property to others.
Clean , modern but no parking and all the neighbors use up extra spaces and are assholes so you have to park two blocks away
We loved the property and all it's amenities it had to offer. I highly recommend anyone visiting LA to stay at this location, you won't regret it.... It was a nice Home Away from Home to stay in... Thank You
We had a great stay at the house, it was gigantic and very comfortable for all 6 adults. The apartment complex felt very safe and it was convenient to the freeway for getting around the greater Los Angeles area. The backyard had a great couch and dining area that we loved. Unfortunately the roof deck's umbrella and hot tub were both broken so we were unable to utilize the space, which was disappointing.
We were a group of 6 adults and a child visiting Universal Studios. This home was perfect for us. It is a 20 minute drive from Universal and very close to shopping and restaurants in the area. The home itself is big and has some nice features like a large patio and parking for 2 cars. We would definitely recommend this home.
