Two parking spaces in covered garage. Pool, putting green and fitness center waiting for your use. This location has it all, right on the boardwalk with great boardwalk food. Walk to a dozen restaurant, swim in your building or the ocean. Once you stay in this locations you will want to stay at the Belmont every time. Belmont Towers Unit - Better than advertised!

My family rented Unit #511 for a quick weekend getaway for our mother's birthday (Friday thru Sunday). There were 9 of us total including two toddlers. Unit provided more than enough room and sleeping arrangements worked out well. Condo was very clean, bright, "beachy" feel...didn't disappoint whatsoever.

The unit was actually closer to the beach than we expected - basically on the boardwalk which made the trek to the ocean manageable despite lots to carry. Nighttime was mostly quiet, no noise from neighbors whatsoever. Immediate surrounding area had everything you could need; convenience stores, restaurants, etc. were just steps away.

Traffic was a bit congested but not crazy when trying to commute to restaurants and other close-by destinations.

Only minor inconvenience was the building elevator. It was very very slow and very hot.

Hint: Take the stairs if you don't have too much to carry.

Property owner (John V.) was very easy to deal with, very helpful and trustworthy. We would definitely work with him again - already talking about making it an annual trip :)

Beautiful condo

Great Get Away Place

We stayed here for Cruising Ocean City last weekend. It was a great place to stay. We had a great view of the cars coming and going over the Route 50 bridge. The place was very clean and had brand new carpeting in it that was installed just hours before we arrived. John and his wife were great with everything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This property was amazing. Very clean! The views from the living room are some of the best around! This was the second condo we have stayed in from this owner. We have been more then satisfied both times. They are very nice people to rent from. I highly recommend staying in this room or any that they may own!

Amazing OC Condo

This Condo was beautiful!!!! It had all we needed for our long weekend in OC. I have 2 kids age 6 and 9 and they loved every minute of our vacation. John the owner was great to work with and very easy to get ahold of when needed. We are already planning our next vacation to this unit.
