This home is a breath of Key West fresh air, or “Brisa Fresca”, a timeless, beach-inspired home that seems to be straight out of the pages of Coastal Living. Each room is light and airy with those special island touches. The location of Brisa Fresca is ideal: just walk two blocks to the Duval Street favorites likes the Green Parrot and Willie T’s to enjoy some live music, or down the block to Mallory Square for entertainment and a sunset stroll. Best of all, you’ll be less than a half mile from the Fort Zachary Taylor State Park Beach for a day of snorkeling and sun.
Combine the beautiful décor of this home with the perfect location and the amenities of a private heated pool and private off-street parking, and you have the ideal spot to relax and recharge.
THE POOL & PATIO…
Entering through the carport gate off of Noah Lane, you’ll be tempted to jump right into the luxurious private pool. The pool is large by Key West standards, with plenty of room for the family to swim around with both sun and shade throughout the day.
The pool is surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges to relax in your own oasis all day. A large propane BBQ grill sits in the back yard as well. There is a full outdoor dining set for six right by the pool for a great island meal after a day of sun.
THE COMMON AREAS...
The open living plan of the first floor has a light and airy feeling and is perfect for entertaining. The living area has a plush sectional sofa that pulls out into a sleeper sofa option. There are additional comfortable chairs in the extended sitting room around a large flat screen HDTV with full cable and DVD player. The living room opens up to the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a beautifully designed space with gourmet appliances created for those who LIVE in the kitchen (when you’re not dining at one of the amazing nearby restaurants). You’ll find lots of hidden treasures in this kitchen: from the extra bar seating for three, to the touch-top stove, to the convection microwave oven hidden in the extended kitchen island. Off the kitchen is a lovely dining area that overlooks Emma Street and seats six comfortably. In addition to these common areas, should you have a group that only needs 2 bedrooms, the third bedroom of this home can convert easily into a spacious office upon request.
The master bedroom is on the second floor, with a grand King-sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, plenty of dresser space, and private balcony overlooking the pool area. The master bathroom is en-suite, with dual sinks and a tub/shower. The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds that convert to a King easily upon request. This bedroom also has a TV, closet, plenty of dresser space, and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity-lit mirror, tub/shower and sliding glass door. The third bedroom is on the first floor, with a Queen-sized bed that has a memory foam topper for extra comfort. The third full bathroom has a tub and shower.

Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. Within Truman Annex, Noah Lane is famous for its quintessential island residences with Old Town charm, and “Brisa Fresca” is one of the poster homes for this scene.
Washer & Dryer, Central Heat and A/C, Ceiling Fans, Private Pool with available Pool Heat, Flat Screen Cable TVs, Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen, Private Covered Carport, Linens and Towels provided. Interim housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access and Full Cable is included. This property will accommodate 6-8 adults. No pets permitted.

Brisa Fresca is the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of Key West but have it all there close by! The house is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is large, well appointed and has a great flow which made it easy to cook for a crowd! The private pool is right off the house making it very easy to go for a dip whenever the mood struck! I would highly recommend this house! It's by far my favorite place in all my visits to Key West! Shel was a joy to work with and always there to answer any question or attend to any need!
This was our third year staying at Brisa Fresca for the holidays and it was amazing as always. The house is in an amazing location walking distance to everything in Key West, and the layout of the home is great. We are a group of 7 ranging in ages form 5-70 and the house is a perfect fit. The living area opens directly to the pool, its a nice quiet little oasis in the heart of crazy Key West.
As always Shel was very helpful and accommodating. He received packages for us and delivered them to the home before we arrived and was away just a phone call away for anything we needed or any questins we had.
We have already booked the property again for the holidays next year. Brisa Fresca, Shel and everyone at Last Key Realty are amazing and when we are there we feel like we are at our home away from home!
The house was perfect. It had a very well equipped kitchen (we prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner for 5) . It was beautifully decorated and had very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved the balcony off of the upstairs bedroom. The manager provided excellent materials and recommendations for meals and shopping. Shel was extremely helpful in all ways. He went out of his way to be sure everything about our vacation was perfect. The pool was stunning too. Very private and quiet. Easy walking distance to everything. We will be renting this property again in the future for sure.
You can't go wrong with this property. The location, the house and outdoor area beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. Shel with Last Key Realty made it even better. Goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything and if you need anything while you are there he's just a phone call away. Thank you Shel! This home took our breath away. It was perfect for our family which included my wife and I; my 2 grown children and spouses. Everything about the home and pool and grill and furniture was outstanding and we will come back! Our only problem was the TV's and remotes were so complicate we had some difficulty. More directions needed. Key West was a fantastic place to vacation and the Home Away Home in the Truman Annex was the perfect location and perfect home!!
I was down in the Keys for 10 days with my boss and his team, I have to say we all enjoyed our stay, the house was impeccable, all the appliance in working condition, and a back up propane to boot, Shel the guest coordinator, and broker was the best available at all times to answer any questions regarding the propoerty, gave suggestions for places to shop and if there was a problem with something within minutes he was offering a solution Truly a great time we'll be back..
