The house is located in the small village of Avlemonas, 50 meters from the sea. Set on the eastern part of the island, Avlemonas is a coastal village where one can swim, dive and walk up to the Venetian fortress-observatory.

The peaceful house features a spacious living room area with two single sofa beds, ideal for children, a dining room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, one master bedroom, one ensuite bathroom, a guest bathroom and one outdoor shower. The courtyard and the outdoor area have a dining area, a barbeque and verandas with a beautiful all-round view of the sea and the Venetian fortress.

The building has been built in line with the local traditional architectural style. It features a sunny and shaded seating area, while internally it is fully furnished and carefully decorated with selected objects.

The house is fully equipped featuring a TV, a DVD player, free wi-fi internet, an i-pod dock station while there is the option of housekeeping. The house can be rented as a whole throughout the year for a minimum of four days and can accommodate up to 4 people. An ideal place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.

A wonderful house that is just steps from the Mediterranean Sea!

Avlemonas House is a great place for a vacation. Very comfortable and roomy place for 2 adults, and can fit 2-3 children or a couple more adults. Nice spaces outdoors for entertaining, having meals, or lounging. Very close, a few feet, to a nice little bay where you can jump into the calm Mediterranean waters. We had a great stay and the property manager was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The house had air conditioning, lots of space, great layout, and the wonderful new shutters and windows made the place sound proof. I would recommend this place and hope to be able to visit again someday.

Perfect stay

We had the most wonderful and peaceful stay at this lovely house of Avlemonas. The house is just as described, even better actually. The location is excellent, next to the sea, lovely cafés and restaurants nearby and perfect beaches at walking distance. The house was perfectly clean and we even got a little welcome drink and snack upon arrival. Customer service was impeccable ! We are definitely coming back very soon !!! Highly recommended.
