If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

This unit is a jewel at Sugar Beach Resort. Beautiful remodels were completed in 2013 and 2020 complete with granite countertops, new appliances, new flooring, new window coverings, new furnishings and fabulous beach decor. Every detail has been selected with your perfect beach vacation in mind. Very possibly the best view on Sugar Beach!

Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei offering sweeping views of the Pacific. There are two six story buildings with elevators and the beach fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large pool area with Jacuzzi and a children's wading pool, oceanfront gas barbecues, sandwich shop, bar and free on site parking. The interior of this unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens.

Stunning location and views of the ocean!

Semi renovated (one bathroom is old) condo was enough space for three adults staying for a month!

All staff were extremely nice! We arrived and had a bottle of wine and chocolates on the table with a congratulations card (we came to maui to get married!) Which really meant a lot to us! The condo is the last on the row, so very private feel, very clean and spectacular views! My whole family really enjoyed it! We asked before we arrived if it was okay to have about 20 people join us rhe night of our wedding and they said that was fine and it fit everyone very comfortably. My kids enjoyed the pool area every day and the beach is very easy access right from the property which was great for sunset and evening strolls. We did not experience anything negative during our stay it was truly fantastic! This is a great place to stay and I couldnt reccomend enough!

Very nice

Great view. Very clean. Both screen doors were broken and we contacted the management company and we were there a week and they were never fixed. A very very slight inconvenience but for the amount of money you're paying you would expect something like that to be fixed rather quickly. Not sure if it's a management issue or the owners or if they're wanting the same. At the end of the day beautiful place and hopefully they get the screen door fixed!

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach Resort. This condo was awesome. Most beautiful views from the Lanai. The property is managed by Alii Resorts and they do a great job looking after you. If we were to return to Maui we would book this exact same condo again.
