Renovated Two Bedroom Home Just Steps from the Beach
In a fantastic location just off the beautiful beaches of Madeira, this totally renovated cottage is ready for your family vacation. The cottage is situated inside a safe and friendly neighborhood, and is directly across the street from the beach and no more than a minute or two walk to several fabulous (and fun!) restaurants and shops.
The cottage has been completely renovated and updated inside, with a new kitchen and bathroom, but still retains the old-world Florida cottage charm with its genuine bamboo wood flooring. With a new central air conditioning system, full size washer and dryer, cable TV, free long distance phone, and free high-speed WiFi, you feel right at home and have a wonderfully comfortable place to relax after your days on the beach.
The master bedroom features a new premium Queen size bed, and shares a large bathroom area to the second bedroom, also furnished with a Queen bed. The living room area combines the kitchen, dining and relaxing space, and gives plenty of space to spread out. Outside, there is a small yard to keep your beach toys, and give room for enjoying our world-famous sunshine.
There's plenty of parking available, and can even handle a small size trailer if necessary. Stay for a week or a month - this home is ready!
What an amazing week! Love this charming little house, felt right at home. Had everything we needed with a perfect location. If you like crab legs try "Cooters" in Clearwater. Worth the 10 mile drive! Mon and Tues. night all you can eat. "Sooper Scoops" in Treasure Island has yummy ice cream. All in all an amazing vacation. Would recommend 103 Sea Cottage to anyone. We will be back!
My aunt and I stayed here while we were in Florida on family business. It was the perfect sanctuary to retreat to after some very long days. The layout was ideal for two single ladies who enjoy each other's company, but also like their privacy. The livingroom is cozy and comfortable, the kitchen has ample room to prepare meals, and the patio was lovely for enjoying the evening air and a meal or two. The beds are comfortable and the bath is clean and modern. The public beach is half a block away, with showers and foot wash at the edge of the parking lot (look for them, it took us several days to notice). Several restaurants are within walking distance. I can't imagine a more ideal spot to call "home base" for 9 days.
this was a very nice home, beach was right across the street. it's also close to a couple of bars so you don't have to drive. only downside was a single bathroom but it was a very comfortable and clean bungalow.
Nice place, clean, good parking, good walking distance to beaches and resturaunts
So very happy with this rental. Everything we wanted with all of the comforts of home! Cozy/Beachy decor. Three minute walk to the beach. I simply cannot wait to go back next year and God willing will be able to get this same rental. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
We had an awesome time at 103 beach cottage for our annual Mother's Day getaway. 3 minute walk to the beach and everything you need in the cottage. We had a couple of minor repair issues which were taken care of within hours. I would highly recommend this to anybody and we will be back
The cottage was very nice and in nice location (only thing better would have been right on the beach!). it was right across from a public beach access that was great - it even had rest rooms so you didn't have to go back to cottage if you didn't want too. The cottage is perfect for 2 people - 4 people would have been tight but doable. It has just about everything you need in the kitchen. It could use some plastic cups for use at the beach - but that is minor. it was great having a full size washer and dryer in the huge jack and jill bathroom. There were a couple chairs there that we could use for the beach. We bought and umbrella and left it there because it was cheaper than paying $10-$15 a day on the beach. The place was clean with the exception of the dinner plates.. not sure if the previous folks didn't use the dishwasher or not - but they were very greasy - so we had to wash them before we used them. But I would easily come back to this place again. Oh and it was great that we were able to get a rental for days other than Sat to Sat - we wanted wed to wed because airfare was less expensive mid week - and it was great that this place could accommodate that!
