The apartment is beautifully located just off Tompkins Square Park in a lovely Manhattan Brown Stone elevator building.

Tompkins Square Park is one of the most sort after, desirable East Village neighborhoods and known fondly for its annual drag festival Wig stock, the Howl Festival commemorating Allen Ginsberg, and the Charlie Parker Jazz Festival.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS:

We require a deposit payment equal to 50% of your total rental fee in order to reserve the apartment.

Reservation deposits can be paid via the following:

1. Check

2. PayPal(It only takes a few minutes to set up a PayPal account)

3. Credit/Debit Cards invoiced and processed through Quickbooks/PayPal

4. Venmo

5. Chase Quick Pay

6. Wire Transfer

Personal checks will be accepted only if drawn on a US bank account and received at least one month in advance of your check-in date. Note that reservations are confirmed only after funds have cleared.

Your rental balance is due in cash only at your time of check-in.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Please note, your check in will be scheduled with an agent. Additional apartment/check in details will be given then. Please let us know what time you plan on arriving at the apartment at least one week before your check-in date.

Check In & Check out times:

Check in is after 3:00PM and Check out is at or prior to 11:00AM

GUEST CANCELLATION:

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations must be made by 12pm EST.

OWNER CANCELLATION:

Should we not be able to honor your reservation due to medical emergency, terrorism, natural disaster, emergency repairs, uninhabitable conditions etc.. We will try our very best to find you an alternative apartment for your dates. 100% of your reservation deposit will be refunded to you within 24 hours. Should you accept an alternative apartment a new reservation must be made with the owner of that apartment. We cannot guarantee to find an apartment you deem acceptable, nor can we guarantee the price. We will not subsidize the cost of another apartment, nor will we offer any monetary compensation for not being able to honor your original reservation.

Superb stay

This was a nice clean place to stay during our visit to NY for a wedding. Our three sons had plenty of room. The photos are accurate. It is in a good neighborhood and located near the subway. The kitchen was newly renovated and the beds were very comfortable. Very happy with our experience! The check-in/check-out process was very easy. We hope to stay here again! Pure luxury!!

Would highly recommend. Kitchen had all the basics for making home cooked meals. We were on a budget so we tried to not eat out every night. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to lounge for a large family of 5.

Great location, great nearby restaurants, lovely!

This apartment was exactly as described. It is large and spacious and was the perfect location for our family to spend a month in New York. Easily accommodates a family of 6 people (or 3 couples). The main living area is light filled and the kitchen was very well fitted out. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with easy access to many nice restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for coziness and convenience.
