Seasonal Rentals (December through April) require a meet a 3-month minimum. A 4-month seasonal rental is eligible for a discounted rate. We hope to secure a 4-month rental for 2023.
This is a charming first floor unit in the gated community of Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club. It is well situated within the community with easy access to the pool and the trash receptacles. In addition it is a short walk to the clubhouse for dining or walking nine holes in the afternoon. The lanai has landscaping privacy until the golfers pass-by on the #9 hole. You can see the ladies tee to the left and the green to the right. Across the fairway is a pond and the clubhouse.
This is a 2 BR 2 BA unit with a fully equipped kitchen and dinette. We have a new Samsung convection stove top and oven with a built-in microwave. You will love the quiet Bosch dishwasher. The dining room seats 6, but can easily seat 8. The den has a 50” HD TV, desk, recliner, and a pullout couch with a double bed. Want privacy in the den? Close the pocket doors. The living room has a long couch, four chairs, and a small HD TV. The master has a queen bed, dresser, chest of drawers, and 2 bedside tables and an HDTV. It comes with a walk in closet, vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest room has a double bed and the bathroom has a tub shower.
The laundry room has a new Maytag Washer and Dryer. The one car garage has two Sun Mountain walking golf carts, Beach Chairs, Large Cooler, and a Weber grill. Portable chairs and a table make grilling easier.
Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club offers a challenging and yet a friendly course. Social activities include golf, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, billiards, card groups, fully equipped work-out room, fitness classes and more. Dining options include 2 casual restaurants, a covered back porch, and the main dining room.
The association charges a $100 Application to Lease fee with a $50 US pp background check or $75 pp foreign national. The golf transfer fee is $275.00. $59 property damage insurance is automated by the website. Inquire about rates for a four month rental.
FYI - The condominium association must approve the application to lease before taking possession of the unit. The process takes three to four weeks on average. Applications may be expedited, but require at least 7 days after receipt to process. Expedited application fees apply, and expediting mailing costs will be reimbursed to landlord by tenant.
The beaches are 10 minutes away. Naples Pier has pelicans and often dolphin sightings. The Dock is a popular open air restaurant by the City Dock. Celebration Park is an open air venue hosting a permanent food truck station with picnic tables throughout. It also has a Pavilion with a bar and often entertainment. Many restaurants on Fifth Avenue and Third Street have outdoor seating. Groceries and restaurants are conveniently located within a mile of our location. Oakes Farm Market with Jerry's Seafood, offering the freshest seafood, is just down the road on Davis. St. Paul's Church on Davis hosts a Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. Third Street South hosts another Farmer's on Saturday mornings.
We have been fortunate to have tenants come back year after year. Our Canadian guests are unable to cross the border at this time.
Have out of town guests? Day trip suggestions would be a Princess Cruise to learn about Naples and see Port Royal and the expensive homes from the water; the Botanical Gardens make for a nice afternoon, an airboat ride in the Everglades; the Naples Zoo; Marco Island; Miramar Outlet Mall; and the casino in Ave Marie to mention a few.
