The ocean is so close, you'll hear the waves! This apartment is similar to the one preceding it next door and offers one Queen Bed in the bedroom, one Queen Size sofa-bed in the living room, it is not big, yet has good layout and convenient location. It will provide serenity and relaxation for somebody who is looking for a place to get away from “bustle and hassle” of a big city and be on the beach in no time, yet still wants to be not far from conveniences and entertainment of a true resort destination.
The “Villas of Bahamas West” condominium is located on the west end of Panama City, and sits just 1 block away from very quiet and private beach. You’ll be on the beach in less time than it takes to wait for elevators in some high-rise buildings. And you’ll be sure happy to have sugary white sands and turquoise waters almost all just for yourself. The surrounding low density residential neighborhoods make the area quiet and safe. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of having “Publix” and “Winn Dixie” nearby. That contributes greatly to the affordability of staying in this apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. When you crave to go out, you’ll have several local favorite restaurants in the driving vicinity. And you are within short, just few minutes, drive to entertainment and vast variety of casual and fine dining and shopping at “Pier Park” Mall to the East, and Rosemary Beach to the West.
The accommodation is very comfortable for two adults, or a family with up to two children able to share one bed. You’ll have a small, yet private, bedroom with Queen bed, and a decent size living room with pull out Queen size sofa-bed. Both rooms have individual TV sets ( Cable TV ) , so everyone in the family can enjoy their preferred show. The small kitchen opens to the living room, making family gathering after all activities of the day very homey and accommodating. The private and very spacious balcony has a dining set too, so you can enjoy family meals inside or outside, at your preference.
We made all efforts to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and worry free as it can possibly be in your home-away-home. The apartment has new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and drier, and a powerful AC unit (although, you may find the quietness of inside and outside fans playing along with sea breezes even more comforting). Kitchen is fully stocked with all cutlery, coffee making, cooking and dinnerware. All you need to do is give us a call or click for reservation, and bring your flip-flops and beach towels.
IMPORTANT! Please Read! We have strict NON SMOKING policy. We do not allow smoking of any kind of cigarettes, tobacco product or any other legal or illegal substances! We already did, and we WILL take efforts to enforce, report and prosecute violations in accordance with our policy and to the full extent of law.
As an advanced notice to our guests, we have to inform that due to owner's medical conditions ( extreme allergy reactions to pollen, mold, dust and animal dander), we have to respectfully ask for strong adherence to the non-smoking policy as well as decline the admission of pets in the units.

Please Note: HOA does not allow use of grills on balconies. That is prompted by the Insurance Policy that HOA carries for the whole building, and is understandable if you take in consideration the fact that the complex is completely wooden construction. Please use grills on sandy grounds right in front of the parking area, behind the building.
Arrival time is 6 pm, Departure is 3 pm. No early check-in or late check-out unless previously arranged with owners/managers. Please contact owners for any questions or concerns.
There literally is nothing else you could possibly need. Perfect price, location, size, amenities, etc. Regina is a perfect hostess.
We had a great time at the condo! Regina was always available via text, and everything was ready when we arrived. It was so close to the beach we didn't have to work hard to begin enjoying ourselves. The pullout bed in the living room was great fun for our two small boys, and we enjoyed watching movies on Rogu at night with them while the fell asleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as we typically travel with our own food. It was really fun and a great, clean place to stay. The large balcony provided a peaceful and beautiful breakfast space where you could hear the ocean across the street. We are looking forward to our next visit!
We loved staying here for a relaxed anniversary weekend. The property was very spacious for a couple and is very close to the beach. The unit had everything we needed, from extra blankets to wine opener to aloe vera lotion! The ac works great and netflix was a plus. I would highly recommend this unit and the owners were great to communicate with!
We had a wonderful time at this condo! It is small, but just the perfect size for what we were looking for. Great price. It was clean when we got there. The walk is literally 5 minutes maximum from the beach. The water was very clear--even with seaweed floating around! The beach is quiet and there aren't a ton of people in the area. It is 12-15 minutes from Pier Park, a nice mall with lots of eating places and shopping and activities. We had to drive a little further to get to water activities such as jet skis, parasailing, pontoon boats. The only small issue we had with the condo is that there were no plastic containers to put leftovers in! (Which isn't even that big of a deal, we just cooked a lot!) If cooking isn't your thing, this isn't a worry! It was a wonderful week for us to relax and enjoy not having a set schedule, but enjoying the beach! Thank you Regina and Marat for taking great care of us, we will certainly be back soon we hope! :)
It was a cute place. Liked the walk to the beach if u want to exercise. Regina was very attentive and communicated very well. Suggestion to write all rules in one spot like where mattress is, how to pull out the couch and etc..
Our family loved it though overall, we enjoyed the movies and just having a little quiet time to ourselves. Will definitely be back!
We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay, but a nice place close to the ocean. This was it, we would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. Regina and her onsite Mgr were awesome and readily available should any issues arise.

The Russell-Fields Pier, also known as the City Pier, opened to the public July 4th 2009 and is located on Front Beach Road across the street from Pier Park/Aaron Bessant Park.
