Start your trip to Paris off in style with a stay in our luxury unit. This beautiful and modern 120 square meters 3 bedroom apartment is located on avenue Raymond Poincare in the 16th arrondissement, on the 3rd French floor of a 20th century building. It will comfortably sleep up to six people with ease.

This apartment is equipped with : A/C, washer, dryer, dishwasher, unlimited high speed internet access, phone, cable, TV, DVD. Also provided : Bed linens, Blankets, Pillows, Towels and Kitchen utensils. Everything is tastefully designed with modern decor.

An excellent choice to see all of Paris as the property is very centrally located to a variety of the cities attractions, many in walking distance. Access to public transit, cab service etc is very manageable.

The 20th century building is equipped with several special amenities that include : elevator, Parking space space, concierge, security code, intercom videophone. Purchase of rental insurance is required.

I studied Neuroscience and Psychology at UC Berkeley and went on to found Merlock L.L.C

I've traveled extensively to England, Germany, France, Italy, India, Thailand, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mexico, Hawaii, Ukraine, and Israel.

Merlock L.L.C. is a web hosting and I.T. consulting business that builds customized software for businesses to enhance productivity. We are also innovators of green energy equipment such as devices that recycle used cooking oil into cost effective vehicle fuel.

My dream is to use the profits of our labor to start a non-profit company that will help disadvantaged people around the world, afford medical care. Specifically a program that will send doctors from the US to the third world, to train mid-level healthcare workers to effectively treat the sick. I believe that everyone should have equal access to healthcare, regardless of socioeconomic status.

While in college I owned a company that produced raves and concerts near San Francisco. While I don't produce raves anymore, I still run f8gear on the side, which sells music.

I joke around a lot and act like a kid when I'm around cute little pets. I love plants and growing plants. If I get an avocado (yum!) I plant the seed.

One indicator of successful people is their ability to choose a greater reward that takes longer to achieve, versus an inferior reward that takes less time. I typically wait the longer period for the greater reward.

Super apartment, great location, highly recommend

The location was super, right between the Victor Hugo and Trocodero metro stops. It is very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The street itself is pretty quiet with some nice restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores all right nearby.

We are a family of four and the apartment was perfect size with both our sons getting their own rooms. The beds are actual queen size (a real plus as most ads list double beds as queens in Europe). Nice kitchen with washer and dryer in the apartment which was very convenient for our two week stay. The apartment had really nice metal privacy shades which really blocked the light and kept out what little street nice came into the courtyard. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and overlooks the courtyard. The apartment has A/C which we needed for a couple of days of our trip.

Dan was the local manager and was very helpful on check-in and out and was very responsive to questions we sent by text during the stay.

One thing to mention for awareness (not worth dropping a star) is that the master bathroom does not have a toilet.

The property , location and assistance is great . I highly recommend this apartment

My family and I ( six adults) stayed in the apartment for a little over a week. It was wonderful.

The apartment was clean , well kept and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

The location is very good. Close to Metro stops and tourist sites and yet the streets near the apartment are populated by locals and not tourists.

An added plus was the assistance we received from Angelo in the US and Dan who is local in Paris. These gentlemen were very helpful. Angelo in planing the trip and following up after our return home and Dan in helping us while we were in Paris. Dan found a health club where I could work out which is near the apartment.

I don't know what else I could ask for: a very nice apartment, good location and helpful associates.

I highly recommend this property.

Amazing condo in the heart of Paris

This condo is absolutely amazing. It's a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower and super convenient to all transit to get anywhere in the city. The condo itself it super spacious and a perfect place to spend time in to relax, it's super spacious and the rooms are great to sleep in.

I would absolutely come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anybody traveling to Paris.

Wonderful apartment with great location

This is a well appointed apartment within a couple of block of both the Arch de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean and quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals "at home" and there were fabulous restaurants within a block or two. Mass transit was close by and easy to use. I would have loved to have spent more time and would recommend this apartment.

Great apartment, except...

Great location, wonderful apt/amenities, very attentive/excellent apt manager (thanks for everything, Dan).

Five stars in all but one categories; Major exception - master bathroom lacks a toilet! (overall, the apartment has two toilets, but none in the master bathroom).

I love Paris in the springtime!

We absolutely loved our apartment in Paris and would definitely stay there again. It was even nicer than the photos showed (and it looked pretty good in the photos!), and it was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. In addition, our contacts in the States and in Paris were exceptionally helpful. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower in one direction and about the same to the Arc de Triumph in the other. We had two train stations within a 10 minute walk, as well as two grocery stores, a fresh food market, and two bakeries. It was convenient to all the major tourist attractions, and had two great cafes just across the street for those of us who were tired at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this property.
