An elegant vanity graces the 2nd bathroom which includes a tub shower combination. Not only pleasing to the eye, this oceanfront getaway is laden with creature comforts like cable, internet access, free long distance, a large capacity washer & dryer, assigned covered parking and a storage facility with beach gear (chairs, umbrella, beach toys!). This 1st floor roomy, modern condo can sleep 6 comfortably (with sleeper sofa) and is easily accessed by either the elevator or the staircase right outside your front door.

The intimate Redington Place complex offers a recently refurbished pool right off the powdery white sands of the Gulf. Just sit back in your poolside lounge chair and soak in the sun and pristine beauty of Redington Beach. If your kids tire from splashing in the waves and pool, head directly across the street to Redington Beach Town Park equipped with a children's play area, basketball and shuffleboard courts, and a pavilion with a grill. This quaint little beach community is only about a 1 square mile size and bordered by North Redington Beach to the north, Madeira Beach to the south and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east. The Redington Place complex is centrally located within a half-hour drive of Clearwater Beach, a little over a half-hour from Tampa, and only 15 minutes away from St Pete Beach with all they have to offer. You are a short drive from fishing, outstanding golf, shopping, fabulous dining, art galleries, sporting events (Bucs, Rays) and even thrill rides (Busch Gardens). Moreover, you are only a few clicks away from your dream vacation at this sleek oceanfront property!

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules. Most individual communities, homeowners or condominium associations have unique rules and regulations that become part of the Guests' Terms and Conditions of Occupancy. If applicable, association/complex rules are provided to Guest in Check-in Documents. One of these rules for many associations is minimum stay and/or term requirements. Likewise, some cities, towns or counties have ordinances or regulations requiring minimum terms or periods for vacation rentals. For example, some of our rental properties are daily, while others are weekly, semi-monthly, monthly etc. Due to the properties' individual rental restrictions, there is only one reservation, booking arrangement, or any other occupancy agreement for compensation addressing or overlapping any period of less than the respective rental restrictions days (i.e. 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 calendar month...). Base rental rates of each individual property reflect these rental restrictions and limitations of one guest reservation for the applicable time period. The charged rental rate is determined factoring in the number of consecutive days of the Guest use of premises to the base rental rate. Although the signed lease with an individual complex reflects the time period reserved for Guest (which at the least will be the minimum stay and/or term requirement), Guest's rental fee advertised is based on the number of consecutive days' use of premises within the leased dates by Guest. If you are booking a unit with a minimum stay and/or requirement, you will sign a lease for the minimum stay and/or term period and you will be entitled to stay for the entire minimum stay and/or term period. Scheduled departure clean date and keyless entry code access is determined based on previously arranged Check-out date and time. Guest may elect to extend their stay with prior notification and approval of TeemingVR.

A fantastic family getaway!

The property is beautifully maintained with all of the ammeneties you could ask for. The completely updated modern kitchen is a real plus. You are literally steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the entire State of Florida. There many unique dining opportunities all within a 2-3 mile radius. Tampa International Airport is a mere 40 minutes away. I will definitely recommend this ace to my friends and relatives!

I loved this place ! It had ALL the amenities !

The condo was immaculate. Best of all it, it sits right on white warm beaches. Great pool for when the sand becomes too much. I am an avid cook and baker, the kitchen with its beautiful marble counters and oven let me prepare some masterpieces while I sipped wine watching for dolphins. Easily slept our crew of five. Our girls able to find plenty to do off the beach with local shopping. Wish we could stay longer

A lovely big apartment in a super location overlooking the beach. It was immaculately clean and extremely well stocked.

All the staff at St Pete Clearwater Vacation Rentals were extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.

We would definitely visit again.
