It is beautifully decorated and has a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Tile flooring throughout and wide-open living, dining and kitchen areas maximize light and views through the large windows overlooking the courtyard and the pool . The master bedroom has a King bed and TV and the second bedroom has a queen size bed
The Spanish style L shape architecture with the court yard and the pool situated in the front of the property as well as the tropical lush setting make you feel in a paradise and in constant holidays. It is the ultimate vacation home that one could dream off.
This home is located in which I consider one of the best places in Fort Laurderdale. This is away from most of Hotels. 1 block from the beach . The home was clean with almost everything you would need. I wish the home had a gas grill the charcoal worked well but a pain in the rear like all charcoal grills are. the owners contacted me several times to tell us what was going on and making sure everything was going well. I hope in the future to use this again.
The 2 bedroom unit is very spacious and the accommodations are perfect for a short or long-term stay. We rented the unit for 10 days and had an amazing time. The heated pool and patio are is perfect for lounging and the beach is a quick walk across the street. With only three units total in this complex, the pool and patio area never feels crowded. We will definitely consider staying at this property again next year. Randa, the owner, was super helpful and responsive, which made planning that much easier. We really can't say enough great things about this place. If you have an opportunity to stay here, do it!
Great location! It was very clean with a fully stocked updated kitchen. The heated pool was great & the short walk to the beach was a bonus. I did contact the owners a couple of times, they were very responsive and addressed our needs almost immediately! We definitively will consider staying again if we come back to Fort Lauderdale.
We would recommend this property to anybody.
The apartment is well-equipped for a family. The pool was so much fun! Starbucks, Dunkin, supermarket are within a 1.5 mile run. Steps away from the beach! The apartment is exactly as advertised and we loved spending time there!
My husband and I spend the month of February at this property. We enjoyed everything about it, the location is great. It is close enough to walk to the beach and to some of the local restaurants. The amenities in the house are very nice, plenty of kitchen supplies, it is decorated well and having the two bathrooms was an added bonus. It is close enough to the Fort Lauderdale area without being right in the heart of everything. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool area was great to have for the days it was a little chilly for the beach. I would definitely recommend this property to others. The couple of times we had to contact the owners, they were very responsive and addressed our needs. Wonderful place and I hope to be back next year.
Great location and wonderful, clean condo. Easy walk to the beach and very nice private pool. Plenty of room for family of 5 (3 kids). Owners are super easy to work with and very informative of the area. Great time and would stay there again!

Get a Taste of Local Flavor
Fish is fresh and delicious in Florida. Grouper is probably the most popular choice and is served almost any way imaginable. You'll find it fried, broiled, sautéed, and even served with pasta. But a true Floridian staple is a fresh grouper sandwich and fries eaten outside by the water. It's hard to beat this old standby.
