Adjoining duplex apartments with plenty of sleeping room.

Adjoining duplex apartments with plenty of sleeping room. There is a two door passage between the two apartments (like in a hotel suit) and can be locked from either side.

Both sides have fully equipped kitchen areas with refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes, and cooking utensils. Each has a full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.

The north side of the duplex which we call the (Bunk House) has a single bedroom with two queen size beds in it and there is also a hide a bed couch in the living room area. It can easily sleep 6 comfortably.

The south side of the duplex which we call the (Line Shack) is a studio style apartment has a queen size bed and a hide a bed in it.

By staying in the duplex you have all of the same amenities you would have if you were staying in the main house with a great price.

About Randy Lubbers

Owners are Randy Lubbers and LeAnna Doane who also run Lubbers Equipment Inc. of Hutchinson. We sell fertilizer equipment as our main business and operate the Pond-a-Rosa Inn as a second business. Also featured in the photo is our dog 'DeOhGe' who works very hard at helping out here at the Pond-a-Rosa Inn. Ask us about his abilities.

Nice, accessible property that is a good value for the price. Kitchen is very nice to have. Randy does a good job running the property. Near the town and places to eat or shop.

Bunk House - great!

We stayed in the Bunk House for a couple nights. The kids had a GREAT time with the water activities. It was their first time swimming in a lake/pond. They loved the rope swing, diving board & slide. The location was perfect for going to Strataca, Cosmosphere & Yoder. I gave it 4 stars because while there was A/C in the bedroom, there was no A/C anywhere else. If we wanted to stay cool, we had to go into the bedroom. If the rest of the bunk house was cool, I definitely would give it 5 stars!

Clean and comfortable!

This cabin was the perfect place for what we needed! They had plenty of options for fun things to do and the owners work hard to make sure the place is kept up. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was, no dust or dirt. Felt comfortable putting the 10 month old down immediately to crawl around!

We stayed for my brothers birthday and to spend time with the family. We stayed for 2 nights and from day one we had so much fun with all the activities that they have. they work with you on setting up the time to do the activities. We will definitely come back

Extremely clean and cozy! Fun get away, lots to do

We stayed here for a family get away, and it was perfect! The cottage was much bigger than expected, and the pics don't do it justice. We had a great time on the water slide and the rope swing. And the pedal boats were a hit. My kids loved the playground and the swing set right on the water. Everything was very well maintained and the owners are extremely helpful and communicative. Would stay here again!

Pet Fee £7.73

Pricing can be confusing based upon what type of activities you will be using and how many guests you will be having. The asterisk for the (Day FEE) for example by the "DF" means we charge a $3 a day per person day fee for those guests that stay in tents, campers, or come and go but do not stay the night. This fee is in addition to any of the other ACTIVITY FEE that may incur.
Camper Fee: is a $15/night per camper fee for electrical and water hookup.
Tent Fee: is a $5 per tent fee for anyone staying in a tent over night.
Note; We DO NOT ALLOW TENTS OR CAMPERS except for those that are renting the whole facility (BOTH houses) for their event and again the day fee does apply for each person staying the night outside the houses even if they just sleep under the stars.
Note; A day is classified as Twelve Noon to Twelve Noon the following day.

WE DO ALLOW PETS IN THIS HOUSE or in the fenced in areas for over night stays. Pets are allowed to roam freely on our property if they are supervised and there are NO complaints in regard to the animals. The $20 pet fee is applied for EACH animal/pet.

If there is a question in regard to any pricing policies we highly ask you contact us for explanations. We do not want there to be any problems at check out time because of any miscommunication of your charges in advance.
