Comfortable and clean 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath pool home, with newer bedding, heated pool, complementary BBQ grill, high chair and strollers and cooler stored in the garage. It is just minutes from Disney, Universal Studios and SeaWorld via Poinciana Blvd and Hwy 192. The home is located in the Eagle Pointe neighborhood off Poinciana Blvd.
We are a Nebraska family, who recently purchased this home, May, 2013. Anne and Rich Tweedy, Dave Siems and Doug Siems are the owners. We have family in the Kissimmee area, who we enjoy visiting a couple of times a year.

This is a very nice home that we were able to pick up off a real estate market that is starting to heat up again! Rich's brother and family live in Kissimmee. Over the years, we have visited often and claim their circle of friends as our own also!
The home is tastefully decorated, with quality furniture and bedding, new appliances and beautiful pool area. The pool area is the perfect place to relax for the day or after a long day at the parks. Fishing is allowed around the lake area and is accessible immediately from the pool enclosure.
We have stayed at many Homeaways and can tell you this is at the top! It was a nice home, included all of your basics and then some. It is a little bit of a drive to get to basic shopping but it's worth it.
Great vacation. The house had everything we needed. House felt like a home, not a rental. View of the lake provided a relaxing atmosphere. Even enjoyed our feathered visitors every day. Anyone considering a house to stay at near Orlando should consider the house. The owners, Anne and Rich, were great to work with.
A fantastic family villa in a quiet area over looking a lake which we would strongly recommend. Very clean & well equipped with all you could ever need. Neednt of packed beach/pool towels as even these were provided! My 2 boys loved the pool which was great to relax by/in after a day at the parks. All disney parks within 15/20 mins drive, 5/10 mins drive to great supermarkets/restaurants; therefore a great location. Overall an amazing 3 weeks spent at this villa....Magic deffinatley lived up to our expectations! Until next time....The Simpsons
Brilliant holiday - and Rich & Anne couldn't have been more helpful. The villa is in good overall condition and it's clean & well-equipped with plenty of 'extras' and a superb private lakeside view. We know the area fairly well (having stayed nearby in 2014 - well, actually five doors away......!) and really think you'd struggle to find a more convenient location for access to Disney / Universal, the massive range of restaurants and other attractions along the 192, and the superb Lake Toho. There' s even a very convenient Walmart locally for stocking up with supplies if you prefer to eat/drink 'at home'.
You really need to check this one out - you won't be disappointed.
And the fishing is great too!
We've just returned from a 2 week stay (last week May, first week June 2016) and can highly recommend this villa!
The owners Rich & Anne are very engaging, quick to respond to questions and queries, a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival on the first evening I emailed the local management company mentioning a light bulb was blown high on the ceiling in the master bedroom walk-in wardrobe so out of reach for me to resolve myself. A knock on the door the following morning was the manager coming to resolve the issue for us, very impressive and pleasant to deal with. Booking was very straightforward, and the HomeAway payment system works well.
The Villa itself is precisely as pictured, well maintained, clean and well kitted out with additional features not normally found at villa rentals in this price bracket. Although we didn't actual watch any TV, the villa has a cable TV service with a range of channels, with TV's and DVD players in each bedroom. The front child's bedroom also has a Playstation 3 with games and there's a Wii with games in the lounge. We entertained the kids with a few of the DVD's provided when necessary, a nice touch with a variety of grown up and kids films and books provided. The computer and internet access was an added bonus allowing us to check local weather for instance or find restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with all the usual appliances and plenty of cutlery and plates. We made good use of the outside gas grill/BBQ too! The garage games room was only used once during our entire stay, far too much fun was being had out and about or in the pool for our family. The provided pushchairs/strollers and cool boxes were an added bonus meaning we didn't need to bring our own. Spare linen, plenty of towels including beach/pool towels are provided so you really can travel light!
The neighbourhood is a mixture of private resident owners and holiday homes, and is wonderfully peaceful. Although not a gated community, there are security cameras on the entrance roads monitoring comings and goings. The house alarm system is also police monitored adding to the feeling of safety. The overall areas is made of several similar estates along the N Poinciana Blvd main road and open countryside, so easy to get to and move around, but in a safe and peaceful environment. Access to the north for Disney etc was very easy, less than 20 mins most mornings to be parked up.
We hopefully will return in a couple of years for our next holiday!
This house was just what we wanted! Spacious, tidy, all on one level, loads of beach towels and face cloths. It made for the best vacation. We all loved the pool!
The owners, Anne & Rich, were very prompt, accommodating, and super friendly!
The house was located far enough away for peace and quiet and at the same time close enough to Disney, shopping and restaurants!
We are hoping to come back next year!!
