This deluxe ground floor studio condominium in a beachside complex at 8817 South Thomas Drive,. This studio condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave,dishes and pots and pans. The condo features , tile floor, large TV with DVD player and two queen size beds. This unit is newly decorated, featuring a couch, new mattresses and headboards, and a dining are with seating for 4. This is a studio which means the living/sleeping area is in one room. This condo has a patio with a landscape view. (This condo does NOT have a view of the gulf but it is in a gulffront complex).

We do not allow more than 4 in this condo. This is in compliance with NFPA 01, 2010 Life Safety Code 1.4.8.1.2 Occupant Load Factor.

If you show up with more than 4 to stay in my condo, you are subject to loss of deposit and monies paid and be turned away by security.

The condominium is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, and is within walking distance to Clubs LaVela and Spinnaker, shopping, golfing, and other activities. There is an age restriction of 21 years old for singles, and it is strictly enforced. This condominium unit is a NON-SMOKING Unit. (Smoking allowed in outside areas.) Smoking in the unit, or any other deviations from the rules of Top of the Gulf (including failure to occupy the room without advanced notice) will lead to a forfeiture of the $200 deposit. We do not allow pets. By sending the deposit, you are agreeing to these simple conditions.

This family oriented condominium complex has a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, and a massive sundeck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast.

Come on down and get away. Don't spend all your money on a big condo that all your going to do is sleep in, save that money and spend it on the restaurants, Zooworld, Gulfworld, and the other sights around.

**Some reviews may mention a view or close to the pool but this ad is from a previous rental on the 2nd floor and sometimes it is necessary to move a guest for whatever reason.**

We love the convenience of being on Thomas Drive. We are close to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the complex is on the beach.

Absolutely amazing!

We (my hubby and I) just returned from a week long trip to PCB and had the pleasure of staying in this condo. We have stayed in many condos over the years and not one of them can even come close to comparing with this condo. It is just as nice as seen in the pictures. It even smells great when you walk in! Carolyn obviously puts a lot of thought into making her condo perfectly accommodating for her renters. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook 3 meals a day all week long (if you like to cook that much). There are plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathroom which is not always the case when you stay elsewhere. The air conditioning keeps the room plenty cool and there are extra super cute blankets to wrap up in if you get too chilled! My husband is still talking about how much he loved the shower, lol! It was nice having a code to get into the room instead of having to keep up with bulky keys everytime we left the room. The iron, hair dryer, high velocity fan, crockpot, electric can opener, toaster, ottoman, super comfy chairs on the patio, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. are just a few of the extra touches and amenities this condo has to offer. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were perfect! I did not get the Security Guard's name but she was one of the nicest people we have ever met. The location of the condo is in a less busy area so you do not have to deal with the crazy traffic like they have around Pier Park. We will definitely be staying in one of your condos next time we visit PCB! Thank you for going the extra mile, it was greatly appreciated!!

LOVED The condo and OUR vacation!

Absolutely LOVED this condo. Very clean, comfortable, the decorations were perfect and the owner was so pleasant to talk to, she messaged right about about any concerns or needs. The pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was less then 5 minutes from our room. My kids absolutely loved the snack shack located by the pool, that also had karaoke for kids to sing and dance. The condo is also located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely come again! This is our New favorite place. Definitely worth the 13 hour drive for our vacation.

Property was in a great location. Loved the pool and the snack shack was a great addition.

Loved this rental!! It was the perfect size for my family of four. Being a ground unit was a plus because you didn’t have to wait on elevators and I parked my wagon outside the sliding door when we would return from the beach. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. My wife loved the Keurig, she felt right at home. I caught a glimpse inside a nextdoor unit and it made this one look like a million bucks. Lots of thought and time was put into the layout, decor, and amenities. I felt right at home. The included beach service put this unit over the top! I can’t wait to stay here again.

Great, updated condo with all the amenities

The condo is very up to date and clean. Has a ton of amenities such as a Keurig with complementary K-cups, all the kitchenware you’d ever need, extra blankets, and travel soaps in the bathroom. The unit is on the first floor which means you get a patio area, but NOT beach facing. The beach access was just a short walk through the pool area and you were there. There is a pool, snack bar at the pool, ice machine (not complementery), and plenty of parking (although parking is $20 for the stay). Carolyn was very responsive with questions and my refundable damage deposit was returned within the agreed upon timeframe. I would absolutely stay here again!

Can't beat the location!

This rental was clean and so convenient! The property is beachfront with a great pool and tons of parking. It's super close to tons of attractions, too, like People's, Wonderworks, and Shipwreck Island. We would absolutely stay here again!

Felt like home!

Very cozy and modern. Extremely clean! Kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook full meals. Beds were very comfortable. Owners are very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We will definitely be staying again.
