Feel free to use your credit card to book this beautiful beachside home at no additional fee. Bring yourself and the family. We have the rest! Don't pay fees for beach chairs, umbrellas or bikes. Use ours.

2 bedroom, 1 bonus room, 1 bath home in a charming, quiet community has all the amenities you need for short stays, that special occasion, that special Daytona event, or for an extended snow bird stay. We accommodate a party of up to 4 adults (adult age is considered 18 and older) or a family of 6 with children. We cannot comfortably accommodate larger groups.

Our Bonus Room is approximately 250 square feet of an extra living room/great room, an office, or bedroom. We cannot call it a 3rd bedroom because it does not have a door. With the room divider, it is a bedroom. The room is equipped with a full size sleeper sofa, a desk and office chair, a recliner, and flat screen TV with blu-ray DVR. Do you have an internet surfer, children that need to watch DVDs, or someone that needs privacy?

The home is modern with up to date appliances and furniture. Spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and tile floors. Wireless internet access with cable TV service. A 55 inch HD TV with sound bar is located in the living room with a blu-ray DVD player. Flat screen TVs with blu-ray DVD players are also in each bedrooms and the bonus room. A large screened Florida room is located on the back of the house furnished with outdoor cushioned furniture. A paver patio with furniture is immediately outside the Florida room with a gas grill. You can smell the sea salt when you open the door! Walk to the beach in a few minutes for the home front door to the public beach access ramps. Beach chairs, boogie boards, a wheeled cooler, beach umbrella, beach bag and beach cart are available for use. We also have a children's wagon, baby gates, and a portable handicap seat for the tub (requested in advance). We have bikes in many sizes for your use. The home has a separate single car garage that is available for motorcycle parking.

There is plenty of room to park your boat, trailer or RV right outside the house on the oversized lot. A 6 ft. fence is located on each side of the property for privacy. A private oasis for that family vacation.

The home is fully stocked with sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, dishes, summer dishes for use in the Florida room, glasses, wine and beer glasses, pots, pans, lots of electric appliances, baking dishes, utensils, beach items, and much more. We even stock spices in the kitchen! We have wine and beer glasses with an ice bucket to go with it. If you are looking for a quiet place in the sun, want to go swimming in the ocean, surfing, fishing, boating, walking or many other fun things, this Beach Home is the perfect place to stay.

Want to have a great vacation and do it on a budget. We are a motorcycle family that loves to ride. Seniors on Harleys! We have been renting homes in the Ormond Beach area for March bike week and decided to buy our own. This is our second home. This is not just a vacation rental property. You will be a guest in our home not just a renter!

Our property is maintained by performing scheduled professional pest control, filters are changed for the air/heating system, professional lawn care and other local services are contracted to maintain the quality of our home Modern heating and air conditioning system provide maximum comfort. Some Florida rentals do not have heat and use portable heaters. We have heat for the cool winter nights!

This home is perfect for a couple or a family of up to 6. It is within walking distance to the beach with a grocery store near by. Tom Renick Park and Al Weeks St. North Shore Park are one mile away with parking, beach access, restrooms, picnic tables, etc.

Beautiful home!!! Loved our stay at your beach house!

We loved staying at the Yellow Sunshine Beach House!!! There were more amenities than we ever imagined! Nice neighborhood to enjoy a walk, bicycles in the garage for us all to use...great way to get to the beach!!! You thought of’s in every room, beautiful screened in lanai, gorgeous kitchen to cook family meals in, or if you like to grill out - patio area with a grill!!!! Loved that everything was close by - great places to eat, Publix and of course the beach!!! The garage had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers - anything we needed to take with had!!! We look forward to returning - one of the best vacations ever....thank you!!!!!! The Paterson’s

Cute house! Clean and close to the beach just outside of Daytona

The house in Ormond was the perfect location, close to Daytona but away from the crowds. Clean and cozy, had everything we needed. Lots of beaches nearby. It was great to not have to pack beach supplies, they had towels and chairs and coolers to use. Owner Renee was quick to respond with answers to any questions we had

Owner's Response: I would like to respond to this 4 star review received for our property. We value our guest’s opinion and try to react positively to constructive comments, however there are sometimes that reviews are given for the wrong reason. I believe it is sometimes better to not react to a situation like this, just say thank you, however I believe this response is necessary. Our prior reviews give a reflection of our service. The statement “This was an amazing place had everything you need and more I would stay again” with four stars. I assume 5 stars were not given because our guest booked with 2 adults and 4 children. We have a maximum of 6 guests. The renter had 8 guests at our property for many nights without advising us they had additional guests. We were advised there could be a daytime guest, not additional overnight guests. Our property is not large enough to handle that many people for sleeping and one bathroom, therefore our booking maximum was established. Our property is nonsmoking. The guests were smoking. Cigarette butts were laying in the furniture. Our policies are clearly stated and agreed upon by our renters prior to checking in. Our guest was charged a small fee for their additional overnight guests and smoking on the property. Our rental agreement, Homeaway policies and welcome package states the damage deposit will be forfeited if this occurs. I thought I was being extremely fair with our guest by charging a small fee and not keeping their complete deposit. I also did not review the guest at all to include negative comments. In correspondence with our guest concerning this issue, we were advised they did break a “few rules” but took care of our property. If the renter needed a property for 8 guests and need to accommodate smoking, a different rental property should have been booked. Not just break the rule requirements.. I apology to anyone that reads this response and finds objection to it, however I believe an agreement is between both parties, if I meet the agreement so should the other party.

Very nice and clean! Cute little house.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Everything was just as stated and we had no issues or complaints. The owner was fantastic and communicated extremely well with us. Very convenient to beaches and all that ormond beach and Daytona have to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Ormond Beach hide-away

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. It's a great location and has more amenities than you could possibly use (believe me we tried) and it's quiet. Go up the street and you have quick access to the beach and town. Feel like staying in and making a quick meal, there is a Publix 3 blocks away. Want to just chill, then the patio is for you. Want to take in the scenery then drive down the street to Halifax and take the scenic loop, you won't be disappointed. To quote an over used phrase: "I'll be back". Go, enjoy, relax!

We are a short walk to Public Beach access. Tom Renick Park is a short drive away for children with playground equipment right on the beach! No parking fees. There is also a Dollar Store and Publix Grocery for those items you need during your stay. Publix's also has a liquor store. There are local shops and fishing stores a few blocks away. Close proximity to all major attractions like Disney World, St. Augustine, Sea World. You can take a walk on the beach or go fishing. There are many local restaurants for your enjoyment. Take a short drive up to Flagler Beach for surfing and the real beach atmosphere.

House has security cameras OUTSIDE only front, side and back of house. No cameras inside house. Please keep in mind that hotels, motels, condos, shopping centers, entertainment facilities, restaurants, etc. have security cameras also. We want our guests to know security cameras are not for "watching" guests but for security of the property. We will not turn them off if requested by a guest. This is disclosed prior to rental.

Our rates are quoted per the amount of guests stated at booking. Additional guests are not authorized after booking without approval of owner. Our maximum adult (adult age is considered 18 and older) booking is 4 guests. Our maximum family booking is 6 to not exceed 4 adults.

12.5% taxes charge on rental rate and cleaning fee, Cleaning fee $100 plus tax. Volusia County requires collection of 6% tourist development tax and 6.5% Florida State sales tax. This is a requirement of all rentals of living quarters or accommodations in Florida.

Property polices: No pets, no smoking on property, and minimum rental age of 25 (entire group must be 25 or older unless accompanied by parent or guardian.)

We do not permit charging of electric or hybrid vehicles through the electricity of the property.

$250.00 refundable damage security deposit after property inspection. Non-refundable damage insurance cannot substitute for deposit.

Cancellation Policy: 60 day or more before reservation date, 100 percent of funds will be refunded. Less than 60 days, 50 percent of funds will be refunded, and less the 30 days, 0% will be refunded.

Guest that agrees to the rental contract is responsible for payment. Name of guest must match name of form of payment on credit card, echeck, etc.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
