AWESOME, COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER.
I was totally surprised when we arrived, as we opened the door for the first time it was just beautiful and very clean and organized, my wife and I are so thankful. We will back. The drive up to the cabin is a little steep, but not steep enough for my p.t. cruiser, made it up no probmem, Once again, thank you and for that personal gift. Steve and Leila Hernandez
Thank you for your lovely comments. We enjoy sharing our cabin. Please come again soon
Such a peaceful cabin!
We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Do Drop Inn!
The cabin was very nice and clean, the view was beautiful of the mountains. Would definitely like to come back and stay here again!
Cozy getaway with incredible views!
My wife, two kids (9 & 10), and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Smoky Mountain National Park and really enjoyed it. Make sure you have low gear to drive up the gravel mountain road, especially at the very top! It is the cabin at the very end/top which means the view through the trees to the mountains beyond off the front porch was great. Really enjoyed the fire pit, reading the travelogue by previous guests, and the affordability. We would definitely return!
The cabin was clean, tidy, and actually quite large. Everything was furnished and there was plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking if necessary. The front porch was large and had an amazing view of the valley and hills on the other side. There was a very large and steep drop off right next to the front of the cabin though. There was a fence but I wouldn’t recommend bringing small children. The road up to the cabin was very steep and rocky so a 4x4 vehicle would have been much more desirable but the car made it up okay. The first day was great but there was apparently an issue with the water pump that was not known by anyone. That issue made us almost have a water cap each day so we had to make the choice of flushing the toilet a couple times, taking a shower, or washing dishes each day which was rather inconvenient. Stayed for 4 nights and we had water issues each day. But it was an unforeseen issue and Mrs. Peggy was available and did everything possible to resolve the issue. Unfortunately it couldn’t be resolved while we were there. But it made the stay that much more interesting for sure! The cabin was kinda close to another cabin maybe a couple hundred feet at most. But it was unoccupied during our stay. If people had been there it would have felt a bit more crowded if you’re looking for isolation. If you have a favorite pillow I’d bring it with you because the ones there were a bit too large for my taste. Overall it was a fantastic cabin pretty close to the rest of town and I hope to visit again sometime.

I'm very thankful for this place.
This was my second time staying here with my wife and we very much enjoyed it! It was a great place for us to rest, connect to God, and get away from all the distractions of normal life.
I hope your third visit is in the near future. Thank you.
