Ideal apartment for families

The apartment´s main balcony looks out onto the charming Mahon Harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world. La Gardenia, a privately owned estate is located in Sol del Este, just fifteen minutes from the airport. The famous Calas Fonts fishing harbour is a five minute walk away where you will find an abundance of excellent bars, shops and a wonderful night-time, street market.

The apartment is recently refurbished with two double rooms and a single with its own balcony. All bedrooms look out onto the sea. There is a second balcony off the living room overlooking the swimming pool so you can keep an eye on the kids! Besides this balcony is a family dining area connected to a good-sized living room. This includes a cosy TV area with newly installed flat screen. A DVD and CD player are also available. There are two well-equipped bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen. The overall décor is neat and modern.

Amazing!

I recently stayed here for a week with some friends, and it was the perfect apartment! The 3 bedrooms were good sizes and the living area was really nice. The pool area was lovely, we sat around there a few times but we spent most of our time sitting around the back where there was a view of the sea and you could see all the boats go by. Calas Fons was only a 5 min walk away and Mao was 10 mins away by bus. Overall it was a lovely holiday.

Comfortable apartment, outstanding views.

Just spent 28 happy days in this apartment. It was comfortable, well equipped and clean. This apartment has some of the best views on the complex. Great customer service from both owner and management. Would recommend, but want to keep it a secret for ourselves!! Hoping to return very soon.

Nos ha encantado la isla, y el apartamento está muy bien situado en una tranquila urbanización con piscina, vistas al amanecer, y andando se llega a Calasfonts, dónde se puede disfrutar de una tranquila cena con vistas al puerto de Es Castell.
