About Susan L Hermenitt
My husband David and I purchased this building in order to house my retail shop. David had always wanted to renovate an historical building. It was built in 1889. He had a vision for the upper half of the building and dreamed we would live there in our retirement. We designed and decorated it as though we would live there someday. We brought back most of the furnishings from Mexico, where we were traveling and buying for my business. We hope are guests enjoy the warmth and character of our Casa Luna!
Susan L Hermenitt purchased this Condo in 2002
Why Susan L Hermenitt chose South Haven
Honestly the location couldn't be better! Every morning the amazing aroma of our downtown bakery drifts up to the deck. Just two building east enjoy all you can imagine that is yummy and a wonderful breakfast too. Every evening visit Kilwins right next door. All the best restaurants are literally steps away! The beach is just a short walk! Bike the trails that connect right a block away..The VanBuren trail is paved and will take you to the beautiful State Park 3 miles south!

This place is FABULOUS!
We had a group of 7. Lots of space to meet our needs. The unit was very clean & well equipped. The kitchen had everything you may need & more. We parked our vehicles and walked to everything. It's all there smack in the midst of whatever you need. Perfect location. Hosts Zoe & Mike were in contact to see to all our needs. This is a wonderful place that we would certainly return.
Location was so great!!!
Best experience ever wonderful rental!! I’m
Great spot in the heart of SH
Tons of space in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly, accommodating owners.
Long Weekend in Siuth Haven
My wife and sin’s family had a wonderful stay at this loft. It is literally in the middle of old town South Haven! It is located on the 2nd (top) floor of a business on the Main Street, Phoenix. Everything is in walking distance. There are plenty of eateries, all within a 4-block radius. The loft is large and well equipped. Only 3- suggestions: 1) inform guests that the entrance to the loft is in the alley (no entrance in Phoenix Street); 2) there are 26-steps from the entrance up to the loft & no elevator; and 3) view from balcony is not very good. The loft has an enclosed garage with garage opener. Very convenient.

We loved staying here! We were within walking distance to the shops, the beach, and all of the restaurants. The condo was spacious and quiet, even being downtown above the stores. I would stay here again in a heat beat!!
South Haven is known for it's beautiful accessible harbor and beaches. Our condominium is located just steps from opportunities for fishing charters, paddle board rentals, canoe rentals, sailing excursions, and historic tall ship outings especially for kids with pirate themes. The water fun is endless. In the winter we have a stellar Ice rink perfect for fun for the whole family. Our restaurant provide ambiance, great food and a cozy place to get out of the cold! Don't miss our infamous ICE BREAKER weekend February 5-7, 2016. Enjoy Ice Skating Demos Ice sculptures, a city wide Chili Cook off, Pub Slide and more! It's great fun for the whole family.
