This top floor penthouse with exclusif private garden terrasse has a stunning view and is perfectly situated in a building with direct access to the beach.

The condominium is blessed with an incredible luminosity and constant refreshing and relaxing breese from the multitudes condo windows.

Our condo offers views of the beach and ocean from the living room and both bedrooms.

This two bedroom condo is located steps from the beach and minutes from the airport, in one of the best located oceanfront condominiums in the Josée Tartak Avenue. Near prestigious Hotels, Fine Restaurants, Banks and Pharmacies. The apartement has one bathroom connecting to both rooms with all the amenities, hair dryer, tawols for the beach, chairs for the beach. We, my husband and I, take great pride and good care of the appartement and the privite garden terrasse with trees, flowers and birds injoyable no matter what weather. This unique condo includes : living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen like if you were home, bed and bath linens, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, TV in living room, cable TV, wireless internet acces inside and on the terrasse, stéréo. King size beds, iron, ironing board. Facilities include : swimming pool, private parking and sécurity guards for late hours.

A car is not necessary for every day use because everything is within 10 minutes walking distance (pharmacy, super market, alcohol, souvenir boutiques, ATM, ) .

To rent a car we recommend the rental counter in the Verdenza hotel. Interesting rate and good service, no waiting, 3 minutes walk from our condo.

Ce penthouse du dernier étage est doté d'un jardin-terrasse exclusif et privé qui offre une vue imprenable sur la plage et la lagune en plus d'être parfaitement situé puisque le bâtiment dispose d'un accès direct à la plage.

Le condominium est béni avec une luminosité incroyable et une constante brise rafraîchissante des multitudes fenêtres de l'appartement à 3 façades extérieures.

De plus, notre condo offre une vue sur la plage et l'océan depuis le salon et les deux chambres.


Au niveau de la rue dans le condo, nous offrons un espace de stationnement sécurisée et couverte pour une voiture louée. Pour l'utilisation quotidienne, la voiture n'est pas nécessaire parce que tout est à moins de 10 minutes à pied (pharmacie, super marché, alcool, boutiques de souvenirs, ATM,).

Pour louer une voiture, nous vous recommandons le comptoir de location dans l'hôtel Verdenza. Prix intéressant et un bon service, pas d'attente, à 3 minutes de marche de notre condo.

This property is a condo and has three elements that distinguish it.

Its location on the only road that leads to the beach and direct access. All concrete construction gives it strength against weather and walls which we do not hear the neighbors. And especially the community that lives there. Pleasant residents who respect the rules of the condo.

What makes this apartment unique

Very sécure condominium and beach. Our appartment has a unique garden on the roof with a view of the city, laguna and the beach. Isla Verde Beach of 2 Km, animated and attended by young people and local families as well as tourists . Water sports and restaurants on the beach. Quick access to public transport. Proximity to market and pharmacy.

On the ground floor you have an open-air Bar-restaurant. It is always animated at night and faces the sea. Very nice to sip a cool drink to the rhythm of local music or enjoy their super burger.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 22 jours dans ce condo. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est très bien et la terrasse magnifique. Tout est inclus. Tous les services sont à proximités (Restaurants, pharmacie, épicerie, etc). Beaucoup d'activités dans le secteur et par conséquent un peu bruyant par moment, mais personnellement cela ne m'a nullement dérangé. Les règlements sont stricts afin d'assurer la tranquillité des résidents, mais un peu contraignants. Par exemple, la piscine est ouverte de 7h00 à 19h00 et nous aurions à l'occasion aimé nous rafraichir dans la piscine en soirée. Sylvie est une excellente hôte qui a à coeur notre confort et notre satisfaction.

Fantastic Vacation in Puerto Rico!

Would have stayed here even if it was only the rooftop terrace! Miguel was great to work with. Anything we needed was in the apartment. I would highly recommend this penthouse. Definitely will consider when we make it back to Puerto Rico.

We enjoyed our stay at Sylvie's penthouse condo very much. Good location. The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. Very good beach access. Everything went the way it was supposed to. I would recommend this place to anyone for an enjoyable stay.

Most definitely a home away from home and a little peice of paradise

This was more then I could of ever expected. The reviews are true. This felt like home even though home is really thousands of miles away. It is equipped with anything you would need and more. It was immaculate. Very clean and well maintained. The views are breath taking and having your own roof top paradise was worth way more then we paid. It truely was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. We will be booking this property again next year. Awesome condo!!!!! Sylvie is was so sweet. Super helpful and very courteous. Loved everything about our stay!!!!

Wonderful Vacation

This was a great place to stay with all the amenities of home, the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you will need. The views of the beach were magnificent. The beds were very comfortable, and a private roof top terrace, what more could you ask for? There was great communication with the owner and she was very pleasant to work with. The cleaning deposit was refunded the day after I returned home. Miguel (I guess you would call him the property manager) was sooo great, he was there to meet us when we arrived even checked in with me when my plane landed. The day we left, all the taxi companies were on strike (protesting ubers plans to come to the island) so he drove us to the airport without hesitation despite the fact that he had left work to meet us just to get the keys. I have never used this service before but if the great experience we had this time is any indication of the typical level of service I will be using this site for all my lodging need in the future.

Incredible Views of Isla Verde from Top Floor Terrace!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom penthouse condo at the Racquet Club. The views from the top floor penthouse terrace are amazing, overseeing Playa de Isla Verde and the mountains. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the Pueblo market and convenient store.

While the Racquet Club is not the most luxurious complex in the area it met our needs including a cook in kitchen we used to cook breakfast most mornings and a very nice pool. Complex has 24 hour security and is very secure. The price is hard to beat for the views from this unit.
