THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...
The Mills Place building where this condo is located sits right on the waterfront in Truman Annex. Walk up a flight of stairs and you’ll enter a bright and sunny open living area. A large leather sectional sofa surrounded by tropical floral artwork provides plenty of space for the group to gather in the living area in front of a flat screen high definition TV. The kitchen is open to the living area, separated by an island with bar seating. The kitchen island is unique, with the stove-top and oven set in, and additional counter space for cooking an island meal. There is plenty of cabinet space, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the tools and appliances you could need. The dining area has seating for up to six. Open up the French doors out to the two separate balconies on either side of the table for a truly luxurious island dinner overlooking the sunset complete with those tropical breezes.
Down the hallway from the open living area are the two bedrooms. The expansive master bedroom has a King sized bed, comfortable chaise chair and leather recliner, as well as plenty of interesting artwork and a flat screen TV. The master suite has a large walk-in closet. There is a private patio off of the master bedroom with a lovely dining nook to take in your morning coffee with views of the pool and the Gulf on either side. The master bathroom is en-suite with a large Jacuzzi-style tub, a glass shower, dual sinks and a large vanity mirror. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, and large windows that open up to views of the pool. The second bathroom is in the hallway, with a glass shower and another walk-in closet with dressing vanity inside.

Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. Within Truman Annex, the Mills Place complex is one of the only waterfront locations, and this condo is truly the front row seat to the Gulf. The units in the Mills Place complex share a large pool that gets plenty of sunlight all day, and is surrounded by comfortable padded chaise lounge chairs.

We had a awesome stay! Excellent location, close to Duval St.. Condo is beautiful and pictures were very accurate. Caryn was easy to deal with helped me with my husbands birthday visit. Only thing I would suggest they invest in a new sofa as it is getting worn. Other than that the condo was clean and well taken care of. Thanks again for a great week.
The home was beautiful, spotless clean and exactly as described. Kitchen was stocked, PLENTY of towels, comfortable beds, and the porch was our favorite. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
We just spent 11 glorious days at this property and thoroughly loved every minute of it. My husband and I and our two grown daughters have vacationed on Key West for several years, but this was our favorite property yet. The back porch alone makes this the perfect vacation spot. You have your own personal view of the famous Key West Sunset every evening, without even having to battle the crowds at Mallory Pier. We also spent most mornings enjoying our coffee on the deck and watching the huge cruise ships pull in to the pier. The rest of the home is just as beautiful, with a very well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The master bedroom is beautiful too. Like the rest of Truman Annex, you are within easy walking distance of Duval Street, Mallory Square, and Fort Zachary Taylor beach, but you are far enough removed that you don't have to worry about the noise or people, especially at night. The pool in the complex was very nice too - plenty of room to swim and lots of chairs for relaxing too. My only slight complaint would be the property grounds, but they were undergoing roof repairs, so I think most of the disarray was from that. We will definitely be back!
Very nice place had everything we needed! We own a furniture store and are usually very unhappy with beds in condos! But it was a nice mattress!😍😍😍 Very roomy and Lost Key was the agency that let us in and showed us around! They done a great job! Would love to rent this place again one day!
The listing described this property perfectly and as soon as we walked in, we felt at home. We spent every evening on the verandah watching those glorious sunsets...heaven. We had lots of room for 4 adults and the beds were very comfortable. Dennis was an excellent property manager, keeping in touch pre-arrival, meeting us on arrival, giving us some local tips and directions, and keeping in touch during our stay. We have already recommended the property to friends.
Great condo, great location. Close to Duval Street, but in a quiet neighborhood. Great view of gulf. Spent hours sitting on porch watching the boats/water. Pool is right outside the building. Condo was very spacious & had everything you need. Dennis from RE company was very helpful.
