Cabo Rojo and the South-West part of the Island is known as Porta del Sol. Cabo Rojo is famous for its beaches, superb Seafood restaurants and friendly people. The biggest fisheries on the Island is located at Puerto Real, Cabo Rojo!

New 1,846 sq feet Villa with private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, gazebo (pool area). Sleeps 8-10 people maximum. It is located right off route 101, which take you directly to Boqueron Beach and El Poblado.

The villa provides all the practical amenities you will need in a home away from home. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Master Bedroom and Second room has Queen bed and the third room has 2 twin bunk beds. * All bedrooms with air conditioning units.

Kitchen is fully equipped: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils.

Living Room includes a 46 inch HDTV with DirecTV and a DVD Player.

Private pool with Gazebo includes a BBQ, hammock, lounge chairs and a half bathroom...

Why Maria Preston chose Cabo Rojo

It is a brand new house, built just about a year ago. Great pool area, ample house, nicely furnished and fully equipped with all the things you expect at a house.

What makes this villa unique

Location is privileged. Boqueron beach and picturesque town is just a 10 minute drive. Combate and Playuela beaches are about a 15 minute drive from the house. Spend all day at the beach, and come home to a quiet neighborhood with your very own private pool... priceless!

Great new house, very clean and safe and in a very tranquil area. We enjoyed the freedom of having family karaokes and BBQ's beside the pool. We visited Boqueron Beach and "El Poblado" (nightly), enjoyed the beautiful Cabo Rojo Light House and Playa Sucia; and Combate beach. We also visited Parguera's Bioluminiscent bay and Gilligan's Island at Guanica...

You get everything very close to Villa Gomez. Bakery on the left and Supermarket Las Arenas less than a min away from Camino Saman entrance .. Gas station, Burger King, Church's Chicken and many other fast food and other types of businesses about 3 min away from Saman entrance,.. El Poblado and Boqueron beach are just 5-7 min away...Combate beach and El Faro and Playa 'Sucia' are 15-20 min away driving South and La Parguera Bio-Bay driving EAST.

Great location, clean, comfortable. Close to everything in Cabo Rojo, very centric, 5 minutes to Boquerón with plenty of dining options. Caretaker was helpful and easily accessible. Would definitely return and recommend ;)

La casa está en excelentes condiciones. Cuando llegamos estaba muy muy limpia y muy organizada. Está preparada para lo que uno se pueda imaginar en cuánto a utencilios respecta. Tiene un kit básico con todo esencial que hace falta para quedarse. La piscina y la terraza están en muy buenas condiciones. En definitiva una excelente experiencia, se la recomiendo a cualquiera que tengo un grupo grande y quiera una casa COMODA, ESPACIOSA Y LIMPIA!

We enjoyed our vacation. The house was clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable furnishings. The pool was in excellent condition. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you will need, fabulous to cook in. The manager was easy to reach and always available. Totally worth it.

Take exit 161 from PR-2, coming either from Ponce or Aguadilla, will take you to PR-100 Cabo Rojo. Stay on PR100 until you pass the 5th traffic light. Turn right onto PR-101. Just follow the ALTOS SAMAN blue street signs on PR-101 and you will end up very close to where our house is located.
