About Leyda and Humberto

We manage three condos in the same building since 2003. Two luxury 2-bedroom penthouses and one affordable 1-bedroom condo.

My siblings, cousins, friends and I have all lived up at Golf y Playa. We take great pride in knowing that our family traditions that were born here have become the culture of Golf y Playa and the vacation experience our guests have come to enjoy. Today, the second generation of our family is growing and fast becoming a part of Golf y Playa.

What drew us to this spot back in 2000 is what draws most of our Northern Guests year after year: its unparalleled location, our Caribbean people, and the pristine Porta del Sol waters, the best playgrounds and most brilliant jewel of Puerto Rico. The natural beauty of the region has always captivated my family. We believe there is no other place in our Island where you will see such beautiful gardens and lush stands of mangroves. Our guests and my family alike love the incomparable experience of this Caribbean Style living at Golf y Playa, where beach, sand, snorkeling, fishing and relaxation are the way of life. Nowhere else are guests welcomed with such open arms. We thank all of you who choose to make our Unique Beachfront Condos your vacation home in Puerto Rico.

The host was very communicative. He sent very good directions via e-mail and text guiding me to the location of the condo. He checked in on us twice via text while we were there on location. I really enjoyed this condo the place was immaculately kept and in a very quiet golf resort that is extremely well maintained. In the 6 days we spent at the condo there were people cleaning and mowing several days. The beach behind the condo was very quiet. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay this place is perfect. I could not have been happier with the location.

Great Trip & Location

The location was easy to find, and speed bumps certainly keep you slow... the owner was great with directions providing screen shots. Grocery only 1/2 mile up the main road with some great restaurants. The Kayaks were fun to use for exploring and amazing fish snorkeling right off the beach. And easy day trips to both lighthouses and the Bio Bay. Great Trip!

Secure beachside property with a great view.

This condo in Club Deportivo meets all of our needs as to location, privacy and quiet of the building, accessibility to the reef out front, nearby swimming lagoon, swimming pool, outdoor shared BBQs, grocery stores within 15-20 minutes, beaches and restaurants within 20 to 40 minutes.

The condo is in a secured area with well-staffed and well-maintained shared areas. Our landlord is responsible to requests and provides wifi/cable TV, adequate kitchen necessities, very good laundry facility and enough towels and linens for the two bedroom two bathroom unit.

This place was absolutely AMAZING!

Humberto was an amazing host from the moment I booked the penthouse, he was very quick to respond to my inquiry and finalized my booking immediately. From the first instance it was a very pleasant experience. The views from the apartment are spectacular and the area very tranquil. I would recommend this property to anyone and actually plan on coming back next year! Absolutely delightful!!!

Very satisfied with the accommodations and owners attention to details made our stay wonderful., the easy access to the beach and beautiful pool was great.. access was right outside the building. The views from the balcony for the Sunsets and Sunrise was breathtaking, just gorgeous. We will be recommending it to all ours friends and our family. We are planning to return next year.
