Why Yogesh Kothari chose Tennessee

We decided to buy this condo because we wanted an investment and something to retire to. We loved the location that it is in simply because it was extremely close to the parkway and is extremely convenient.

What makes this condo unique

We LOVE its location as we have said before. It allows us to save some money on parking fees since we can just park at the building and walk into town. It is close enough to town to be a quick walk, but it is also away from the crowds and allows us to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Unit 103 contains everything that you would need for a vacation. It is simply a home away from home. I love sitting out on the balcony and watching the beautiful mountain scenery very much.

Overall, we liked it. Carpet and linoleum is getting pretty old and worn. The biggest drawback is it needs better lighting. Bathroom is way too dark. Hard for us old people to see in there....Lol. Yogi and his dad were very nice and easy to work with. Overall, we liked the place. We had a great time! Thank you.

Very happy with our stay

We have stayed in this condo several times and have always been very happy. The price is great. The condo is very clean, and on the ground floor. The property is very well maintained, and a very short walk to downtown. While it sleeps four, I think it is more suited to to adults and two children. I wouldn't be interested in sleeping on the older pullout, but to each his own.

It was a wonderful place for the two of us to stay.

Comfortable and convenient.

Stayed here for two nights, it was very nice. Close enough to parkway that we could walk, so we didn't have to fight traffic or worry about parking. Would stay here again.

Very nice

The only draw back from my perspective is that there is no oven for actual baking--Not a real problem for a short stay--but could be an issue if one was staying a full week.

Check in and check out was very easy. Parking was easy as well--and very convenient to the unit, so unpacking and packing was easy.

Would definitely stay here again if returning to Gatlinburg.

Great Place to Stay....close to everything

Very clean condo close enough to walk in Gatlinburg or ride tram to other areas, yet far enough away for quite relaxation. Owners were very accomodating to needs. Check out time of 9 AM is a bit early. Will be back!!
