Emerald Isle has the best views and access to the Gulf of Mexico and beach of any other vacation destination on Pensacola Beach, which is exactly why it also has the most high-end rentals every year. Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury high rise condominium sitting on 5 acres with 300 feet of beach frontage. There is no street to cross to get to the beach, once you walk out the back door to the pool area you are only a few feet away from the sand and beach. Emerald Isle is also conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the famous Pensacola Fishing Pier.
This newly renovated unit sits on the 11th floor which is high enough to avoid hearing noise from the pool area when the sliding glass doors are open and also provide spectacular views in all directions of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. The unit features granite countertops, tile throughout, new appliances and a new washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom a queen bed, and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have new wall-mounted flat screen TV's and DVD players. The living room and master bedroom each have an entire glass wall facing the water with sliding glass doors opening to the balcony overlooking the gulf and beach. The balcony features 2 new rocking chairs, love seat, and coffee table for a wonderully comfortable 11nth floor view of the Gulf of Mexico. Linens and towels along with extra are provided throughout the unit. Two large wooden beach chairs with cushions and umbrella are included and reserved with this condo (a $30 per day value). Free WIFI is also included.
The ground floor of Emerald Isle features 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. There are 2 elevators with plenty of rolling luggage carts and electonic gated parking which is reserved for guests only.

Tyler is a very helpful and compassionate person. He takes pride in his property. The property is very clean and positioned just right for a great view. He responds quickly to emails or texts. The condo is equipped with everything a family needs and has that at home feeling. If you are wanting to get away for a while and spend the week at the beach or the pool this is the condo for you. Most of the restaurants are within walking distance and worth while. Amazing views and the whole property is well maintained!
My wife and I had a wonderful time! The furniture in the living room and outside on the balcony porch were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time sitting outside and enjoying the view and hearing the surf. We were high up to see the beach and into the ocean water and could hear the surf. This is our second stay in the same condo. We've seen dolphins, sea turtles, pelicans, and even a beluga whale from the balcony. The Blue Angels flew by one day over the beach straight out in front of our condo balcony. It was very impressive. We went to one of the Blue Angel practice air shows during our first visit and enjoyed the show and the Naval air museum. All the amenities that we needed were in the condo, full kitchen with plates, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, and dishwasher. We bought fresh seafood at Joe Patty's seafood market and brought it back and cooked big jumbo shrimp, sea scallops, and fresh red snapper! We also enjoyed meals at the Grand Marlin, Peg Leg Pete's, and the Native cafe across the street. One evening we walked over to the Paradise Bar and Grill and listened to live music while we ate. Washer and dryer (even detergent), so we didn't take as many clothes with us this second time. Everything was clean and well maintained. The owner, Tyler Green, was very quick to answer all our questions and provided good service. My wife and I have recommended this condo to our friends.
The condo is a very spacious condo! Can easily handle 4 adults and still have enough privacy! The views from the balcony are amazing! We had good weather the whole week we were there! The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware and everything you need to cook a family meal! No complaints here ...everything worked in the condo and was clean! It was even nice and cool in the condo as soon as we got there! I will definetly come again! Thanks for a great week!

We love to vacation in Pensacola Florida and vacationing here on Pensacola Beach at the Emerald Isle has been our staple for years. All the amenities with our rental were great. Additionally, Pensacola Beach has been been voted one of the best top 10 beaches in the USA by several travel magazines and the Emerald Isle doesn't disappoint! Our rental owner, Tyler Green, was exceptional and he made himself available to us at any time. The view from our 11th floor unit afforded us the joy of dolphin watching every morning and gorgeous sunsets every evening. Thanks Tyler! We'll be back!
We are repeat visitors to Emerald Isle but this was our first stay in this unit/owner. The unit is very clean and well equipped with everything you should need for a great stay. Tyler makes the rental process very easy. For first time visitors, Tyler provides a list of local recommendations. The island is a great getaway and we have found everyone (locals and vacationers) to be friendly and always ready to offer up there favorite spots.The beach chair service with Lazy Days is an awesome perk!! If you have never used this service, you will never want to go back to the beach without it.
