Thinking about staying on the North Shore or East End to get away from it all but want access to everything Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach has to offer without having to learn how to drive on the wrong side of the road? Our Condo in Georgetown Villas is the perfect answer!

Our beautiful home has 2 bedrooms, each with full bath. The master bedroom has a King bed. The guest bedroom has two Queen size beds. Both bedrooms have Sound Proof Windows and Curtains. The living room has a pull out full size sofa bed.

You can enjoy the many near by restaurants or you can eat at home using our full kitchen with electric stove/oven, 2 microwaves, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, ice maker in freezer, toaster and full table settings for 6. A communal gas outdoor grill is available next to the pool. Dining room table seats 6. Outside balcony table, with its front row view of every sunset, seats 4. Wet bar seats 2.

Groceries, shops, restaurants and dive operations are all within a 15 minute or less walk so renting a car is not a necessity. However, car rentals are relatively inexpensive on the Island and having a car can be convenient and private parking is free. You can swim or relax in the sun on the secluded beach or the large ocean front pool and deck area. If Tennis is your game, there is a private court on the property for your free usage. Tune in that special sports match you must see on our 60” LED Fiber Optic HDTV or stay connected with our private secure WIFI internet high speed connection.

We are outdoor people who love the water. The spacious balcony is the highlight of the unit for us. It is shaded enough to be able to use a computer outside during the day while still having the unobstructed panoramic view of the gardens and sea. Then at night having a relaxing drink while watching the sun set and then having dinner on the outside table is the ultimate for us in an oceanfront home.

We rented this unit from it previous owners, fell in love with it and bought it. We felt it was the perfect combination of all the attributes we look for in an Island getaway and bought it when we found it went on the market. Now we offer it to you to make your stay in Cayman Islands truly memorable.

We are also the types who cannot stop improving our offering. Responding to an occasional comment from Guests about early morning noise disturbing their sleep, we just installed new sound proof windows and curtains that allow you to sleep like a baby regardless of what is going on outside.

Why Tom Tillotson chose Grand Cayman

We were married in the Cayman Islands 33 years ago and have traveled back periodically over the last decade. When we rented the apartment in January 2013 we loved it so much we bought it! Georgetown Villas is simply one of the best properties on the Island. Near everything, yet private and secluded. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over the western hroizon gives you a sense of peace and relaxation that you must see to fully appreciate. While it is a quiet property (look elsewhere if you want to party all night), it is still welcoming for families with children of all ages.

What makes this condo unique

Nice stay!

The location was great. The snorkeling from the property dock was the best we saw during our trip. The unit was clean and quiet. It looks just like the pictures. It had every thing we needed. The appliances are older but worked just fine. The master bathroom had lots of nice white towels. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed with very nice soft silky sheets. We were not bothered by any sounds from the fitness center behind the unit. When at the unit we spent most of our time out on the balcony watching the beautiful sunsets or by the pool doing the same, The owners provide a basket of towels for the pool which was greatly appreciated. We brought our own for the beach. Tom was great to work with. He responded promptly to all of our questions and requests.

Amazing!

The pictures do not lie. I believe it's pretty much the best spot to stay on the island. The accommodations were perfect, just like being at home. Walking distance to most things. The people are friendly and it is very peaceful. The host/hostess provided the best customer service! The snorkeling was AMAZING! We loved snorkeling at Eden Rock, the Marine Park, a special place near the string rays... too beautiful. The food was fabulous at each restaurant we went to, we really appreciated the options of healthy food. Six Stars! It was a very special time for our family.

Amazing location, beautiful condo, Phenomenal stay

We had an amazing time during our stay at Georgetown Villas! Tom's unit is besutifully decorated and with the best location in the complex to watch the sunset from!

The condo had everything we needed, and the location couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to the supermarket (Kirk Market) and tons of restaurants. Plus an added bonus is the proximity of the world gym next door which offered multi-day visitor pass at a discounted rate.

We dove with Tom's recommendation as well - Nick @ Blue Water Divers. The dive team was amazing!

Perfect Location, Fantastic Condo

While visiting the Caymans last week, my daughter, husband, and I stayed at the Georgetown Villas. We found this condo to be better than we expected. It is located between Georgetown and the southern start of the Seven mile beach. We didn't rent a car and found we were able to walk to everything we wanted including dinner every night at a different restaurant, 2 grocery markets, and even a dive shop for a resort dive. The villas also had a tennis court with lights that we used after finding 2 tennis rackets and balls. They also had a few extra snorkel masks that worked for us.

The two bedroom two bath condo had plenty of living space and a perfectly located balcony we ate breakfast on every morning overlooking the ocean. The condo is on the top floor and central to the villa complex, giving us full view of the ocean.

All three bed had super comfortable mattresses. Having our own bathroom was a plus. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as plenty of towels.

The kitchen was well stocked as well to make breakfast and lunch everyday. There were pots, pans, and dinnerware that were although well used, in good condition for what we needed. There was a Keurig available but we didn't use it. The Mr. Coffee maker is what we are used to. There is a bar area with glasses, wine corkscrew and extra seating at the bar.

We did watch some TV at night and found the large flat screen with cable to be what we wanted. There were games and cards available as well.

The pool was clean and warm. We used it daily and enjoyed the sun out on the pool deck. There were always chairs and lounges available. We found the grounds and pool were well maintained daily. One of the reason we booked this villa was for the ladder that was located off a wall/walkway to the ocean. We were able to use this for swimming and snorkeling. Most days the waves were low so getting to the ladder wasn't a problem. There was a lot of sea life to see just steps from the beach. We were able to walk the Seven Mile beach everyday.

We really liked being able to get hold of the owners who were prompted at responses. They really made us feel comfortable while in their property.

Phenomenal

November 2014 - Absolutely stunning location, fantastic property, room cleanliness, amenities. It's location is just a walk away from the tourist area, but far enough away to feel secluded. The owner was amazing to communicate with, even when having issues on our end, did everything in his power to go out of his way to help us. This location provides everything you could ever need and more while on vaca, and it def gave us a piece of mind communicating with our friends on the island with the cell phone provided. Overall, phenomenal vacation! Would recommend this location to everyone!

However, car rentals are relatively inexpensive on the Island and having a car can be convenient. For that day trip to Stingray City or East End you can always rent from a local agency nearby as needed. Public bus transportation, available on West Bay Road from the northern end of 7 Mile Beach to Georgetown, is also an alternative.

We rented this unit from it previous owners, fell in love with it and bought it. We felt it was the perfect combination of all the attributes we look for in an Island getaway and bought it when we found it went on the market. Now we offer it to you to make your stay in Cayman Islands truly memorable.
