Thinking about staying on the North Shore or East End to get away from it all but want access to everything Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach has to offer without having to learn how to drive on the wrong side of the road? Our Condo in Georgetown Villas is the perfect answer!

Our beautiful home has 2 bedrooms, each with full bath. The master bedroom has a King bed. The guest bedroom has two Queen size beds. Both bedrooms have Sound Proof Windows and Curtains. The living room has a pull out full size sofa bed.

You can enjoy the many near by restaurants or you can eat at home using our full kitchen with electric stove/oven, 2 microwaves, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, ice maker in freezer, toaster and full table settings for 6. A communal gas outdoor grill is available next to the pool. Dining room table seats 6. Outside balcony table, with its front row view of every sunset, seats 4. Wet bar seats 2.

Groceries, shops, restaurants and dive operations are all within a 15 minute or less walk so renting a car is not a necessity. However, car rentals are relatively inexpensive on the Island and having a car can be convenient and private parking is free. You can swim or relax in the sun on the secluded beach or the large ocean front pool and deck area. If Tennis is your game, there is a private court on the property for your free usage. Tune in that special sports match you must see on our 60” LED Fiber Optic HDTV or stay connected with our private secure WIFI internet high speed connection.

We are outdoor people who love the water. The spacious balcony is the highlight of the unit for us. It is shaded enough to be able to use a computer outside during the day while still having the unobstructed panoramic view of the gardens and sea. Then at night having a relaxing drink while watching the sun set and then having dinner on the outside table is the ultimate for us in an oceanfront home.

We rented this unit from it previous owners, fell in love with it and bought it. We felt it was the perfect combination of all the attributes we look for in an Island getaway and bought it when we found it went on the market. Now we offer it to you to make your stay in Cayman Islands truly memorable.

We are also the types who cannot stop improving our offering. Responding to an occasional comment from Guests about early morning noise disturbing their sleep, we just installed new sound proof windows and curtains that allow you to sleep like a baby regardless of what is going on outside.

Why Tom Tillotson chose Grand Cayman

We were married in the Cayman Islands 33 years ago and have traveled back periodically over the last decade. When we rented the apartment in January 2013 we loved it so much we bought it! Georgetown Villas is simply one of the best properties on the Island. Near everything, yet private and secluded. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over the western hroizon gives you a sense of peace and relaxation that you must see to fully appreciate. While it is a quiet property (look elsewhere if you want to party all night), it is still welcoming for families with children of all ages.

Beautiful & Relaxing

My husband and I took our three adult children. We wanted a place to soak up some sun, relax and reconnect. The condo was a perfect place for that. It was everything we needed. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The garden and pool area was well maintained. The turquoise water was beautiful. We went snorkeling right in front of the condo. We found a lot of great restaurants nearby. The grocery store had everything we needed. The people were very friendly. We had a great time and we look forward to going back.

Great Location, Lovely condo, beautiful views

We stayed in the unit for a week in January and had a great stay. It has fantastic views looking directly onto manicured lawns, the pool deck and the ocean.

Tom and Deborah, the owners, graciously arranged for us to check in early. We had one or two minor issues to sort out when we arrived, they were just that; so minor in fact that we mentioned them to the owners after our stay rather than during. Also, while we were fine as there were only three of us, had there been more we might have struggled to find sufficient tableware, (plates, dishes, cups etc) and utensils.

Beds were very comfortable, with great pillows and nice sheets. There were lots of new towels for the bathrooms and the pool.

The double glazing in the bedrooms is a good move as the music coming from the outdoor section of the World Gym opposite starts any time after 5am. You can’t hear it in the bedrooms or anywhere else in the apartment but if you stand with your ear against the front door and listen very hard you can…..just about! So, don’t let that put you off…..it won’t wake you!

There is only a very small beach area but the large pool deck is right down on the water – see photos. It’s very quiet, friendly with plenty of sunbeds and shade. There’s great snorkelling off the rocks in front of the pool.

Overall, a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Tom and Deborah and hopefully we will be back sometime soon.

Quiet, relaxing

Beautiful location just south of Seven Mile Beach. At high tide it was a little challenging to negotiate around the corners to get to Seven Mile Beach to run in the mornings. Peaceful, relaxing property with no crowds or noise. Just what I needed!

Great time staying at this condo

Great stay in this condo. The owners are very gracious and attentive. We had one problem with the kitchen sink disposal and it was taken care of same day. Two very small suggestions: would be great to have coffee mugs (larger than the cups that are now in the cupboards) and a few folding beach chairs (the kind that are small and open low to the beach/ground). Very comfortable overall, and the complex/pool/snorkeling off the dock were all great. Recommend this to anyone!

Nice stay!

The location was great. The snorkeling from the property dock was the best we saw during our trip. The unit was clean and quiet. It looks just like the pictures. It had every thing we needed. The appliances are older but worked just fine. The master bathroom had lots of nice white towels. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed with very nice soft silky sheets. We were not bothered by any sounds from the fitness center behind the unit. When at the unit we spent most of our time out on the balcony watching the beautiful sunsets or by the pool doing the same, The owners provide a basket of towels for the pool which was greatly appreciated. We brought our own for the beach. Tom was great to work with. He responded promptly to all of our questions and requests.
