The house is located within easy driving distance of the Delaware River (Delaware Water Gap). Other activities nearby include hiking, biking, horseback riding, tennis, basketball, fishing, and golf.
Features 4 Bedrooms and 2 additional rooms, 3 full bathrooms (1 on first level, 1 on second level), 8 Person Poker Table and BUMPER Pool Table. PS3, tons of board games, & a gas stove. Living/Family room equipped with a huge brand new sectional, and a 42 inch LCD TV (with Playstation3/DVD Player) and Free Wifi). Brand new kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and all serving, silverware complete your kitchen. Dining room will allow for all your gourmet needs with a huge table to seat 10 people, stocked with all kitchen & dinning needs. All bedrooms come with brand-new platform queen size beds (all linens and towels included), which were custom designed to reflect a different style in each room.
The Pool is a very large structure. Please be careful when enjoying it. Do not jump or dive in the pool.
The minimum age to rent our homes is 25 years old. We do not allow anyone under 25 years old to sign the lease.
If you are 25 and sign the lease, your guests in the home with you must be at least 18 years old (with exception of children).

This property has an enormous in ground pool to enjoy.
Skied all day and night! Camelback is wicked close. All the frat buddies loved the privacy. We appreciate the fact that you guys took an extra deposit and sorry we broke the lamp. We hope we can come back in the summer. Jordan's crew.
If this house was only dated, it would be passable. The fence around the pool is missing many, many spindles and the broken spindles are lying all over with rusty nails on them, under leaf buildup so you can't even see them. Our granddaughter fell and the nail cut her leg. The kitchen had only 6 plates without chips, no salad bowl, no mixing bowl, 8 mix-maxed forks, and hardly any knives. Refrigerator has broken shelves on the door. Only 1 lamp per bedroom is the only source of light. No bureaus in any of the bedrooms--4 small shelves in the closet is the only place you can put your clothes other than hanging them up (with only 3 metal hangers available was a challenge). The pool table is dirty and only 3 pool sticks available; only 3 horseshoes available also. No outside lights when you park and front brick walk is so uneven that we almost fell. We could almost overlook the craked floor in the kitchen, wobbly dining room table with peeling finish, but no stopper for the bathtub or crack in the floor of the shower that made you feel your foot would sink if you stepped on it along with all of the above, just put us over the edge. Leak in the ceiling, dangerous broken fence around the pool and a pool cover that looks as if it will sink in is only the tip of the iceberg. There is obviously no management here. Grand Leisure Travel is who we signed the contract with and should be managing the property but they are not. Our family has booked many vacation homes both in the US and abroad - we have never, ever seen such a poorly maintained and sad looking property. STAY AWAY. I wish we could rate it a minus 5!
We had a great weekend in this house. It was a small group of girls, and we were centrally located to everything we needed! Plenty of room for people to sleep, and perfect set up to catch up by the firepit.
Landlord was great with communication and informing us of all the accommodations.

Warm, cozy cabin, minutes to great skiing. Conveniently located but with a backwoods, off the beaten path feel. Owners are friendly, great to work with, and property is exactly as described. Hot tub make for a relaxing evening after a day on the slopes.
I found a perfect house to stay in for my family and friends for our weekend break. Was exactly what I was looking for: cozy and warm and close to the trails which was a CAmelback Mountain. Another plus for fully equip kitchen. My polish family love to cook fresh meals. We enjoyed ski during a day, cook a dinner, taking many trips to Health Spa and relaxed in hot tub or jacuzzi. Overall perfect house and close to trails with great views.
We got snowed in when we were here. The management company showed up with a plow and helpers. I would say that qualifies as a great example of management. Thank you for your help. We are forever greatful. We also left an ipad here and it was returned via FEdex.
Started off poorly when I was charged more than the price Homeaway showed me at booking. Upon arrival, we found a house that felt like it had neither been cleaned or occupied for months. The kitchen needed full scrubbing before we could use it. The outdoor grill had so much grease in the trap, we had to deal with a grease fire and clean the grill (after charring everyone's dinner)...not to mention the illegally installed gas line to the grill which is basically secured with one bracket on the wooden deck. Unfortunately, most of the weekend was raining and spending times inside the house was uncomfortable given the old and limited furniture. The final straw was the owner keeping a security deposit for supposed damage to pool equipment. My family did not go anywhere near the equipment which was located 50-75 yards form the house in a wooded area. They should probably not keep the equipment completely in the open, where tress, animals, wind, etc. could cause problems. Instead they just charge renters to pay for repairs the house likely has needed for years. At one point the power in the house went out and the main electrical panel was in a locked portion of the house. They had to send someone to turn back on the power, but proceeded to tell me how there were doing me a favor. Apparently I paid for use of the house, but not electricity! Avoid this company for their practices and avoid this house as it will not be a vacation by any stretch of the imagination. I've used this site 6 or so times and given 4 or 5 stars in each case because the bar is pretty low (clean, maintained and fair with deposits). They missed the mark in each respect and good luck trying to get them on the phone to discuss anything.
