Let This Be The Place Where Your Shoes Come Off, and relax!
Joe was born in Southern Arizona, growing up mostly in Tucson, and Douglas. Ed has lived in Tucson for 30+ years. We both love living in Tucson. After travels elsewhere we're always happy to return home.
Ed purchased this House in 2013

When you're home, you can spend more time living, and less time driving.

Very easy rental process.
Cozy home on a quiet street in a convenient location..
This 1950s bungalow-style home is comfortable for two adults and secure private backyard for our two little dogs. Bathroom is very small. Circular driveway is convenient.
Had a great time here
This would be a 4 1/2 star rating if it were possible to do that. This rental has a good location in central Tucson and is only a few blocks from a Walmart Market that made grocery shopping very easy for us during the month we were there. It is in a quiet neighborhood, has a large and private backyard and patio that we and our dog enjoyed and a big flat screen TV that we especially appreciated during March Madness. The trundle bed was squeaky, the queen bed comfortable, the sofa could use some cleaning. Ed quickly responded to a couple of questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Great week near the Tucson Botanical Gardens.
Very comfortable casitas. Was very nice to have fresh flowers when we arrived. We enjoyed being close to everything we needed for the week. Back yard was nice even though we had cool weather during the week.
Great location, cozy bungalow!
This was a great place for several months in Tucson while working at U of Arizona. Quiet, Conveniently located for both the university and lots of outdoor activities. I enjoyed the nearby yoga studio and frequent breakfasts at Franks Diner.
A Great Place in the City!
Ed's place is centrally located in Tucson. While the house is dated (small rooms, narrow kitchen, etc) it turned out to be an excellent choice for our time in Tucson. It's near everything: Restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, etc. Also, it's within driving distance to Tucson's "sights to see": Sabino Canyon, both Saguaro National Parks, the Sonoran Desert Museum, Old Tucson and many more. The huge back yard offers a barbeque area. Washer and dryer are located in an attached room. There is also a built-in dishwasher - an amenity not found in many older rentals. All in all, Ed's place is a great jumping-off place for Tucson exploring.
This property is centrally located in Tucson. Tucson Botanical Gardens is an easy walk away, Along with Walmart Neighborhood Grocery, and for awhile longer Fry's supermarket. Frank's, a very popular breakfast place, is also close by. House has
off street parking. Rosemary is a short, lightly traveled street, with easy access to Alvernon and Pima, convenient roads for getting around.
Nothing is far away, whether you want to go to Sabino Canyon, Tucson's 4th Avenue, or to the desert museum. You'll spend less time driving across town, and more time enjoying what you want or need to do.
When your day away is over, it is an easy drive back to relax at home inside or out, which ever you prefer.
