Located on Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial C408 is a privately owned fourth floor One Bedroom/One Bathroom condo (Bedroom is separated by sliding French Doors). This unit offers full kitchen, screened in porch, washer/dryer, TV, VCR, DVD Player, screened in porch and stereo w/CD Player.
****Fall Projects begin 9/6/16 and completion expected approx. 12/16/16. Some buildings will be closed for landscaping, elevators, electrical meters and parking lot work. Workers will be onsite and you may hear project noise. No discounts or compensation will be provided.****

We had a wonderful time in Sanibel. The weather was perfect so that made it even better. The condo was just fine for the two of us. The picture of it was accurate. It was clean and we enjoyed the lanai a lot. We could sit out there and have breakfast and look at the water.
The manager provided good customer service and I would definitely recommend this place to others.
Lots of good places to eat at and some great little bars as well.
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We loved the proximity to the beach! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you can think of. We purchased some beach items and left them for the next renters to enjoy. We really enjoyed the screened in porch, which was much bigger than we had expected. A great choice if you're staying in Sanibel!
