Fall Projects at Sundial WEST will begin 9/6/16 and be completed on or around 12/16/16, weather permitted. Please be advised that some of the buildings will be closed during necessary maintenance projects. Only condos directly impacted will be blocked; however, surrounding buildings will be open and available for rental. Project includes; landscaping, elevator repairs, electrical meter replacement, and parking lot repairs. Please be advised that workers will be onsite during these projects and at times you might here project noise. No discounts or compensation will be provided as these projects are association related.
Updated and clean condo that met our needs perfectly. Beautiful view of the pond, pool and ocean, it's about 1300 sq ft, and is comfortable for an active family with 3 busy kids. The living/dining/kitchen is open concept and perfect for hanging out. The unit has laundry facilities, and board games. Also wifi and decent cable tv. Kitchen is well equipped, but remember to bring your own basics like sugar, tea/coffee, condiments etc. None of those items are provided. Also bring your own beach toys and shelling scoops as the units are cleaned out after each guest departs. The unit has a safety deposit box, hair dryers and towels. I would rent this unit again without any hesitation. Very nice view from master bedroom too.
Very nice condo with updated well equiped kitchen. Place looks just like the photos. Royal Shell is a pleasure to deal with. Would stay in this unit again. You really can't go wrong at Sundial. The ocean is great, and is just a short private walk. My only wish is that the owners would keep some beach supplies for renters. We left some in the screened patio. You can go wrong.
