Clean, comfortable and very accessible to the train

Easy to get to. We appreciated how simple everything was made. Really, my only suggestion would be possibly a WiFi extender on the bottom floor... but, that’s being very picky.

A great place to stay after the hustle and bustle of a NYC tourists' day! Quiet, spacious, excellent amenities and beautiful! Super close to the subway which made the travel so easy! Will stay here again and again!!!

Very large and well appointed. Beautiful property

This apartment is gorgeous and spacious, which is a rare commodity in New York City. It is conveniently close to the A and C subway line to Manhattan and several restaurants. The accommodations could be improved by more information about the city and instructions on the apartments features. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Authentic Brownstone in the heart of a great neighbourhood

My husband and I travelled with my daughter and her husband. The duplex was very spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. It was great to return to a quiet place after a busy day shopping and sight-seeing. Large bedrooms with beautiful original features. Subway was only a few minutes away. We did find problems with the internet from time to time but this sort of thing happens anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. This was my 4th trip to New York and if I return again I would definitely book this place.

Plenty of room in a beautiful brownstone

We were surprised by the amount of space we had. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, but the charm of this property is how the rest of the apartment has been kept in what appears to be its original condition. The location is only a block away from a coffee shop, the Milk and Pull, that has great bagels. Utica station is close by, making it very easy to get around the city. When coming to New York, I would definitely check to see if this property is available. The owner communicated very well with us and made it very easy for us to get the door keys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
