Here you'll find Key West style villas, and suites nestled in a tropical setting. This villa offers the largest layout for any 3 bedroom 3.5 bath unit (2,495sf L.A.) anywhere in the upper keys. About Licensed Vacation Specialist

As a Miami resident for over 30 years, I have always enjoyed getting away to Key Largo for the fishing, boating, and relaxation that is unique to the area. Being able to share the Key Largo laid back life style with other families from all over the world has truly been one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. Over the years I have been able to meet so many people and share stories with them. They all seem to have the same things in common, they all love experiencing nature and the outdoors in a way that brings them closer together as a family.

I am married to a very supportive wife Charlene and have two great kids, Sofia and Fernando Jr. They all love the outdoors just as much as dad. I am a Civil Engineer by trade, having worked for 11 years at a firm in Miami primarily in the areas of Land Development and Highway Design. In the mid 90's I began renting out my second home in Key Largo to generate extra income and as the saying goes 'The rest is history'. I still keep my Engineering License active (worked to hard to get it) and have since obtained my Real-estate License. I am currently a member of the Key Largo Board of Realtors, the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce and I'm presently serving as President of the Kawama Yacht Club Board of Directors.

WONDERFUL!

6 of us rented this condo for the week beginning 4/1/2017. Nothing phony in everything that is advertised! There were not issues with anything. Pool is wonderful, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping areas, televisions, and things I have not mentioned are all topnotch. Short walk to pier and pools. Saw various fish and stingrays at pier. 15 year old grandson was with us and thought he may be bored, but not the case. Very close to Publix grocery store, Kmart, post office, baitshop, gas stations, local shopping. Security at gate is very friendly and helpful. Also noticed that nite shift gate person patrols ground on golf cart with very large spotlight. This was our first time in Florida Keys and felt VERY safe in this community. Fernando is very easy to deal with and honest. Looking forward to booking next year. You will not be disappointed!

The house is ideally located in a great resort

The town house is light, spacious and airey. The decor is contemporary and modern and high finished. It is very well equipped and set up for 6 to 8 people. The amenities in the resort are excellent and caters for all ages. It is very well located to explore the keys with many restaurants and activities nearby.

We had a wonderful experience Key largo Vacation

The condo was perfect with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the finishes were very nice, the pool was amazing. we enjoyed the amenities and thought it was centrally located to many stores but still tucked away that you didn't feel you were in the middle of businesses. cant wait to book it again. Thanks for the great memories!!

Good, but not great

We enjoyed the location very much! And there were many wonderful amentities. The pool was large enough that even when it was "crowded", you still had plenty of space to play and float. We personally did not like the sand surrounding the pool, where the lounge chairs were. Plus, the water was too hot. The photo is not the outside of the house you see the inside of in the pictures. We stayed in the place with all the inside pictures. We were expecting the outside to look like th photo, but it was not. The downstairs bedroom is like it's own apartment. However, the stairs on the deck outside the bedroom lead to the second floor and the sliding doors to the bedroom are opaque glass and face the front door. Add to that that the blinds on the front door are broken and you don't get much privacy at all. The second floor has a pull out couch. However, there are no curtains or blinds for the large sliding door to the deck. And the floor is an open floor plan. So, that person doesn't have any privacy either. There is a half bath on this floor. The Third floor has 2 bedrooms and offers the most privacy. There is a smaller bedroom with twin beds and it's own bathroom. It faces the front and has adequate blinds/curtains. The Master Bedroom is in the back of the third floor and has great curtains on the sliding door. The deck has stairs leading to a roof deck, which is nice. The view of this bedroom is of trees that has lots of white butterflies flying around. The bathroom is superb! With a whirlpool tub, separate shower, two sinks, toilet, and even a bidet! The only downside for me to this room was the opaque windows over the door and above the deck, which let in light. There are many things broken and worn. but the biggest issue was there were not enough towels. We had 7 people and there were not enough for each of us to have 2. There are very minimal kitchen supplies (no measuring cups or anything like that. We did not have enough dishes, so the first to eat cereal had to wash their bowl out for the others to use.) The staff on the property were extremely nice, helpful, and kind! They treat you with respect and like you are indeed a guest.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry that the unit did not meet all your expectation, but I have to say that the negative comments are a bit exaggerated. The many positive posting I have received for this unit is proof of that. I take a whole lot of pride in keeping all my units up to date and in very good condition. By the way, the unit was the same, the only difference being that buildings were recently painted pastel colors. I have since updated the photos of the front of the unit to its present look.

Family of 6

Our three generation family of 6 spent a week in this well-maintained and comfortable town house that was scrupulously clean when we arrived. The three floors were perfect for us - offering space to be together as well as apart. An abundance of bathrooms! We did most of our meals in the house and found we had everything we needed for cooking, storing, serving and enjoying. The washer and dryer were great as is the screen-enclosed porch on the second floor. The Mariner's Club is beautifully maintained with great pools, a health club and areas for relaxing. Even though we were there on spring break week, the facilities never seemed crowded. John Pennekamp State Park is a miraculous place and very close by. The lower section Of the Everglades is about an hour away but a wonderful place to visit. I would recommend this town house for family groups or adult groups. The vertical living might make it tricky for young children but there is a high chair and stair gates. The owner was easy to work with in the reservation process and had emergency contacts ready to address any needs we had but there were none. A very lovely family week.

Just returned from a nice week in Key Largo. We stayed in this villa, there were 6 of us. Very spacious, enough room for everyone with private bathrooms for all. Very comfortable and clean. However: not enough coffee cups, or glasses, not enough bowls, no extra towels at all, (2 towels in each bathroom for the entire week) no beach towels (had to buy them at KMart) no extra linens not even a pillowcase! I had to call the rental agent because we had 3 drinking glasses! The upstairs master BR toilet clogged up and needed a plumber. The Grotto spa was cold all week (heater not working). This unit could use a little tender loving care with some decoration and an increase in dishware, etc. There are some loose floor tiles. The biggest problem is there are lots of steps. If you have problem with steps, do not rent a multi-floor unit. I lost count how may times I had to go up and down (but that's my fault!) The grounds are lovely, the pool is awesome! Watched the pelicans, saw manta-rays off the dock (4 feet wide) and the poolside iguana! It is a great place, we did enjoy it except for the above comments.
