An island paradise situated in the heart of Key Largo, adjacent to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Molasses Reef. The property is located in Rock Harbor's most upscale neighborhood. The area has the distinction of being Key Largo's newest oceanfront gated destination, with no other private residences in the Key Largo area even coming close. It caters to those who simple desire the very best in luxury accommodations and amenities.

Here you'll find Key West style villas, and suites nestled in a tropical setting. This villa offers the largest layout for any 3 bedroom 3.5 bath unit (2,495sf L.A.) anywhere in the upper keys. Villa amenities include both a full kitchen as well as a separated ground floor kitchenette. SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTORS TO CONSIDER:

About Licensed Vacation Specialist

As a Miami resident for over 30 years, I have always enjoyed getting away to Key Largo for the fishing, boating, and relaxation that is unique to the area. Being able to share the Key Largo laid back life style with other families from all over the world has truly been one of the most gratifying experiences of my life. Over the years I have been able to meet so many people and share stories with them. They all seem to have the same things in common, they all love experiencing nature and the outdoors in a way that brings them closer together as a family.

I am married to a very supportive wife Charlene and have two great kids, Sofia and Fernando Jr. They all love the outdoors just as much as dad. I am a Civil Engineer by trade, having worked for 11 years at a firm in Miami primarily in the areas of Land Development and Highway Design. In the mid 90's I began renting out my second home in Key Largo to generate extra income and as the saying goes 'The rest is history'. I still keep my Engineering License active (worked to hard to get it) and have since obtained my Real-estate License. I am currently a member of the Key Largo Board of Realtors, the Key Largo Chamber of Commerce and I'm presently serving as President of the Kawama Yacht Club Board of Directors.

Excellent experience

I was apprehensive at first as this was my first experience with renting a vacation home. However, the communications and instructions were all clear and the home was accomodating for 5 adults to provide each with privacy. The floorplan was excellent for us, providing a master suite on the first floor allowed for less stair climbing for me. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom on the 3rd floor each have a private bath. The 2nd floor living room was very comfortable, the dining table seats 6 easily, and a 1/2 bath was convenient.

Very nice and well appointed furniture and kitchen needs. The complex is very pretty and quiet. The lagoon pool was wonderful. Not really any beach, as most understand the meaning but, the pool is directly facing the ocean and a great place to relax after a day on the boat.

I would absolutely recommend to others and would stay again.

Great accommodations! Great Location! Pool is awesome! Weather was great!

Fernando is a great rental agent of his rentals. Easy to get ahold of! Concerned about his renters, treats them well. Property is well cared for.

Great location, plenty of room :)

We loved staying at Mariner’s Club. The location was ideal. Close to everything, yet far away from the hussle and bustle. We were a family of 5, with 3 women. Having the 3 1/2 baths was great. We went 3 months after hurricane Irma, and although you could still see debris along US-1 we had no complications during our trip. The townhouse has lots of room. We loved the upper sun deck. Will definitely tell all my friends about it.

WONDERFUL!

6 of us rented this condo for the week beginning 4/1/2017. Nothing phony in everything that is advertised! There were not issues with anything. Pool is wonderful, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping areas, televisions, and things I have not mentioned are all topnotch. Short walk to pier and pools. Saw various fish and stingrays at pier. 15 year old grandson was with us and thought he may be bored, but not the case. Very close to Publix grocery store, Kmart, post office, baitshop, gas stations, local shopping. Security at gate is very friendly and helpful. Also noticed that nite shift gate person patrols ground on golf cart with very large spotlight. This was our first time in Florida Keys and felt VERY safe in this community. Fernando is very easy to deal with and honest. Looking forward to booking next year. You will not be disappointed!

The house is ideally located in a great resort

The town house is light, spacious and airey. The decor is contemporary and modern and high finished. It is very well equipped and set up for 6 to 8 people. The amenities in the resort are excellent and caters for all ages. It is very well located to explore the keys with many restaurants and activities nearby.
