Great Weekend Away at a Lovely Home!
Four couples stayed three nights for a wedding. House was well appointed, spacious enough for four couples, and very clean. Enclosed back porch was delightful. I will definitely look to stay at this property the next time we travel to the NH coast!
Perfect beach house!
This is one of the best places at the north beach! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and close to the beach. Communication with owner is great and all details are accounted for. Indoor and outdoor porches are incredible.
It is perfect for a family vacation location.
The home is well equipped for a family with four bedrooms and three full bath rooms. There is parking for 4 vehicles and plenty of beach toys. With the ocean only a short walk away it is in a great location.
The morning view from the third floor deck of the sunrise over the ocean is a great way to start the day
The porch with a view of the marsh is really a nice feature for relaxing in the evening and watching the sun go down.
This is our second year renting this location and this year was better than last year!
Enjoyed 7 witch island way property
House is very welcoming. Nice space for large group. Love the bonus sun porch where the early risers could go without waking others.
500 steps to beach. The sea wall at the close beach is really high and obtrusive, but the locals say it is needed.
We were a little put off by the seemingly rundown Hampton Beach Boardwalk, but gave it a chance and it was fun.
Close to Portsmouth, which has 400 restaurants. Enjoyed Smutty Nose Brewery.
Richard is a very responsive property owner.
Perfect beach house!
This house was perfect for our family reunion! It was spotlessly clean, and well appointed with furniture, reflecting the owner's pride in the property. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved sitting on the screened in back porch with a view of the marsh to enjoy morning coffee and watch the egrets. It was quiet, and close to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The open layout of the first floor was perfect for a gathering.
Everyone wanted to return to this house for our next reunion!
The house was perfect for us! It was close to my brother’s wedding venue, felt new and was well appointed for a group. The proximity to the beach was excellent. On a quiet street with easy access to early morning strolls on the sand.
The only way it would be better was if the beds were a bigger. We are a tall family (all the men over 6’) and we had to flip a coin for the queen beds!
Seaside location. At low tide the beach is wide enough for bocce ball, Frisbee, softball, volleyball and football. The North Beach is also known for some of the best surfing in the north east. When we are not at the beach, we love to run and bike along the seacoast. Our local night life is quiet, we like sitting on the sea wall to look for shooting stars, but within walking distance is a restaurant/bar. Just down the road is the Main Beach with a boardwalk with amusement arcades, restaurants, music and shops.
The three-season porch and third-floor deck overlook Meadow Pond, a tidal pond with views of magnificent sunsets and a wide variety of wildlife. Birders will be interested to know that Meadow Pond is an eBird “Hotspot” and over 150 species have been seen from the property.
New Hampshire has no sales tax, so enjoy tax-free shopping. The Maine Outlet malls are not far away for a rainy-day alternative.
