2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Vacation Condo. Easy access to US60 Freeway and Loop 101. Golf at any of the multiple local golf courses or spend the day shopping. Groceries, restaurants and medical facilities are nearby.

This is a private, single level, ground floor unit. The kitchen table seats four and the family room has a couch and loveseat and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet and another flat screen TV. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and has a walk-in closet. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. The private patio offers a table and chairs for relaxing and a gas BBQ grill. The condo is fully stocked with linens, pool towels, pots and pans, bakeware and place settings. All you need is your suitcase!

I grew up just a few miles from this property. I have seen the area grow and change over the years. It is a great location because of the proximity to freeways, restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities, etc.

What makes this condo unique

Just a few miles away is my favorite place to eat - MaCayo's Mexican Kitchen. The margaritas are wonderful and so is the food and atmosphere. There are many MaCayo's around the valley but this one is the best!

Adequate But A Bit Pricey

We just spent the month of January at this condo. We found it was located in a quiet lower middle-class neighbourhood with retail stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby. On the plus side the check-in/check-out was easy and well organized and the instructions provided were helpful and accurate. On entering the unit we were pleased to find it appeared as shown in the photographs. In addition, it was adequately stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, an array of spices, paper goods (garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels), bath towels, bedding, and cleaning products. The washer/dryer were easy to use and great to have. The wi-fi was excellent and the cable TV had an acceptable amount of channels. We also took advantage of the terrace and appreciated the generous amount of propane provided for the BBQ and found the pool area clean and inviting with lots of lounge chairs for enjoying the warmth of a sunny afternoon. And while all appeared clean and tidy, a good rug cleaning wouldn't hurt and the main sofa certainly has a generous amount of wear and tear along with the pillows. We also had to replace the batteries in most of the remotes and the wall clock. The bathrooms were both well stocked, however, the master ensuite shower is a bit tiny and the bar holding the shower curtain could be a little tighter. All-in-all an adequate rental but a bit pricey for what you get.

Nice stay in a nicely appointed condo.

We thought the condo was well designed and well furnished and we were immediately comfortable with our surroundings. We did have a problem with television reception but that was quickly resolved by the condo's owner.

The condo complex itself, however, was not well kept. There was lots of outside noise in the evenings, but, worst yet, garbage was strewn on the driveway around the dumpster we used and remained un-collected for two days. The local squirrels must have loved it.

All in all, we were happy with our choice of places to stay. We just wished it was in a different location.

Nice Interior, terrible neighborhood

The inside of the VRBO is well decorated and functional, the outdoor seating and grill are nice for sitting outside for dinner.

The Neighborhood is what I would call, "Ghetto". There were cops in and out, neighbors having screaming matches and near fist fights, and the area is full of drug users and people who let their dogs just crap everywhere around the grounds.

If you have a family, stay elsewhere. If you are just a lone man or person using this to work out of as its near a lot of great stuff and business, than its fine.

3/5 for the nice interior, good location for getting to the freeway for work and price was low.

Way down on the stars due to me not feeling safe letting my wife walk to the car, and the constant drugies and other very odd behavior in the area.

Arizona Sunshine

We enjoyed March 2015 in this property. The condo was very comfortable and pictures were accurate. I believe most of the residents are full-time. Only a few are vacation rentals. So not a lot of interaction. The area is very busy, which wasn't for us. The pools are not heated. We had nice warm weather so the pool did warm up by the end of the month, but then all the chairs disappeared. Maybe for cleaning?

The condo has 2 community pools and is located near golf courses, a hospital and medical offices, shopping and restaurants. It is just a couple miles away from both the US60 Freeway and Loop 101. It is approximately 25 minutes from Sky Harbor International airport and about 25 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport in Gilbert.
