About David Tunney
A transplanted New Yorker via Los Angeles, David has lived here for over 10 years. He and his girlfriend currently live in two separate houses. My house is the one to rent as I travel extensively and will work ‘out of state’ this summer. I moved here because we visited as children, and my parents retired here, and my brother and sister live here too. I truly appreciate the gathering of family and friends to enjoy this special place we call home. I look forward to sharing my beautiful home with you, and helping your family have a great summer vacation.
David Tunney purchased this House in 2007

Excellent week at Cape Cod
The owner is very friendly and easy to reach. The house has its own charm and style with a lot of hand made kitchen stuff. Super clean! Our teen girls liked to play badminton on back yard, make S'mores on pit-fire, and take a hot-tab. The house is conveniently located with short-driving distance to ocean beaches, Crystal lake public beach, and Kent's Point Conservation Area (the area with trails that allow dogs and absolutely breath taking views on the ocean). We loved every minute of staying here!
