2012 construction on a comfortable heated concrete floor, 'Ski In-Ski Out', cozy cottage perfectly adapted for 'Après-Ski', spending an evening by the fire or entertaining after a day fishing.
Fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine, dining table for 12, living room with a gas fireplace, TV room apart from the living room with a large TV screen, satellite and a game station. Free access internet. The cottage sleeps 20 people very comfortably: cozy beds with luxury bed linens, two bedrooms with king beds, two dormitory-style bedroom with 4 double bunk beds each. Washer and dryer in the cottage.

The cottage is located on a quiet dead-end road with few neighbours and the ski slopes right in the back. All windows look out on nature.
20 kilometers away from New Richmond, 45 minutes from Carleton-sur-Mer and about 2 hours from Percé.

This cottage is located in ski station where all families skiing. We really enjoy the comfort in the middle of nature. This is the perfect place to share good time with friends and family.
There is no such place to stay in Gaspe Peninsula. The modern (scandinavia) style and comfort will surprise you to find that in the middle of nature.
Located just beside the Pin Rouge ski resort, our cottage is in middle of nature. Three famous salmon fishing rivers are accessible within one hour drive: La Petite Cascapedia, La Grande Cascapedia and La Bonaventure. La Petite Cascapedia is located a mere 10 km away.
Twenty kilometers from the cottage is New Richmond, a small town where you will find everything you may need during your stay. Near the bay in New Richmond, Parc de la Pointe Taylor, a long cycling path for bikes and roller-skates offers breathtaking views of the mountains and sunset. It also features a boat rental and many outdoor shows during the summer.
Within an hour's drive, are many lovely beaches with free access. The municipal beach in Caplan provides games for kids and a small waterfall. The beach in Carleton is next to a summer sailing school. Many hidden bays are there for you to discover....Also, kite surfing is becoming more popular every year in Carleton's barachois.
The Baie-des-Chaleurs region stretches from Shigawake to Cross Point. This bay is part of The Most Beautiful Bays in the World Club (an association founded in Berlin in 1997 to promote and protect beautiful bays in the world).
