You can pay him by cash when you arrive a fixed price of 50 euro (60 euro for night runs - 22:30 to 6:00AM). In case of flight delay, the driver will wait for you up to one hour.
If you wish this service, please let us know flight information (number, landing time, source/destination airports) to provide to the taxi driver.

My brother (on the left) and I (on the right). Both of us are managing the apartment hosting guests from all over the world.
Guglielmo (William) purchased this studio in 2008
Great, warm, helpful hospitality--you will be treated like guests; terrific suggestions for where to eat/shop in the neighborhood; even a shelves of books on Rome, in multiple languages. (Saw something intriguing in a museum with poor signage? Look it up in the Blue Guide when you get "home.") We were there for nine nights, so practicalities were important to me. Both dishwasher and washing machine worked very well; plenty of hot water; close to supermarkets, grocers, and great bakeries. But also so very close to Trastevere, and the Pantheon, and ancient Rome, and everything else you might want to do (because Rome is small and because apartment is centrally located). Tram line right around the corner (although we walked everywhere). The apartment itself is as described and as pictured in photos--elegant modern furnishings, smartly and efficiently arranged, with wonderful preservation of older details (sometimes hard to get out of bed because I just wanted to stare at wooden ceiling). It's on a cool little back street and overlooks a pedestrianised street (leading to the historic Jewish ghetto). I liked just walking into the atmospheric building, through the courtyard. The only possible reason not to book the apartment is if you have difficulty with stairs, in which case it is sadly not for you. Otherwise--well, I ate a lot of gelato and drank a lot of wine, so I was grateful for the stairs!
My wife and I had a long weekend in Rome in mid-November. We made our own way from Fiumicino to the apartment via Trastevere, which was a nice easy journey.
Communication from Igor/William was excellent from booking, meeting them on the day, through to saying goodbye.
The apartment was great, with all conveniences and facilities you could want, and it's spacious enough to be more than comfortable for a longer stay.
The location of the apartment is perfect for the historic part of Rome. We didn't bother with public transport at all, as we were able to walk everything. The Vatican took about 25 mins to get to, which was the longest walk we had to do (we're fairly brisk walkers).
There are lots of great little restaurants close to the apartment, and as you're off to one side of the main tourist areas, they tended to be a bit cheaper.
Next time we visit Rome, this will be my first choice for somewhere to stay!
We loved everything about this apartment. It was in a great location to food, public transit and even walking distance to many sightseeing sites. I can't rave enough about it. We will stay here again if we get back to Rome and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city, you will not be disappointed.
Will was a wonderful host, providing excellent communication, resources and assistance. The apartment is beautiful and exceptionally well appointed. The owners thought of everything! Excellent location, we walked virtually everywhere but very close to bus transportation hub. Highly recommend the car service the owners offer. Beautiful, clean BMW with professional driver. Overall, excellent experience and highly recommend this apartment.
We had a great time staying in this apartment. The apartment is lovely, very clean and equipped with everything you need. It's in a fantastic location and we were able to walk everywhere. There are some great restaurants near by- but no street noise at night. Would definitely recommend.
Gus and Will could not have been more helpful. I travel over 220 days a year and stay in numerous properties. This apartment is by far one of the best I have ever stayed in. The location is superb. You are walking distance from all of the main attractions. There are numerous restaurants right outside your door. The building is surprisingly quiet considering the apartment is in the middle of a busy area. The attention to detail in the furnishings is superb. Modern design blends in seamlessly and beautifully with the 17th-century preservations, including the ceilings and doorways. It is a true gem and I will be highly recommending it to all of my travel friends that need a place in Rome. It is so nice if I spent more time working in Rome I would rent it out and live there. You do have 51 stairs to climb so one does need to keep that in mind but the owners are so nice they carried our luggage up when we arrived and down when we departed. That is above and beyond for service. Rest assured, I would definately rent this place again.
Taxi Service -
If you need a taxi from airport to the apartment, I can book one for a fixed price of 40 euro (45 euro for night runs - 22:30 to 6:00AM).
If you opt for a taxi, please let me know in advance.
The apartment is in the historic centre (not accessible by private car).
Alternatively you can take a bus from Termini station, line 40, get off at Torre Argentina and get to the apartment on foot (400 meters).
The tickets must be purchased before boarding (you can buy them at newsstand inside the train station). In this case I can pick you up at the bus stop and help with the baggage.
