About Phil or Stephanie Langley
Phil and Stephanie are locals - born and raised in Southern Maryland. Phil is a coast guard approved, licensed charter boat captain who has worked as a commercial waterman. He has spent many years fishing, crabbing and oystering on the Chesapeake Bay. Their appreciation of country living on the Chesapeake watershed has prompted them to extend the Chesapeake Country experience to their fishing clients and others. Captain Phil is eager to share his knowledge - from catching fish to cookin' crabs!
Why Phil or Stephanie Langley chose Dameron
When the neighboring farm (Phil's parent's home) became available in 2010, the weekly rental idea stepped closer to reality! This property is a compilation of waterfront, pier, large yard, corn/bean fields, and a comfy - well appointed home - complete with beautiful sunsets and tranquil mornings.

Perfect location for a quiet and serene weekend getaway. The house was exactly as described online and has beautiful views of the water. We enjoyed crabbing from the private dock and explored the local area by visiting a few farmers markets and scenic Point Lookout State Park. Highly recommend for anyone desiring a secluded and peaceful holiday.
Very quiet/private/beautiful place.
The outdoor space and the amenities available were top notch. We enjoyed being outdoors most of the days. Dogs loved the place as well as swimming in the deck. Be wary of jellyfish during summertime. Phil and Stephanie made sure their house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you for having us!
Peaceful and relaxing
Beautiful property. We had a blast fishing and crabbing off the dock. Guys had so much fun on Capitan Phil's fish the bay charter caught over 100 fish kept 95. If you r looking for a great relaxing vacation you wont be disappointed. Captain Phil's even brought us a bunch of crabs to get us started. Great people, would highly recommend.
A great property to celebrate a graduation!
Comfortable, cozy three day weekend with good friends!
We had a great three day holiday and enjoyed being in the house very much. The house was spotless when we arrived. We enjoyed the fireplace and appreciated Phil dropping off more firewood for us. Thanks!
