Whether you are looking for some fun in the sun or just some well deserved R & R, this beautiful condo is the perfect spot for enjoying all that this unique and magical island has to offer! For those who have not yet visited St. Simons, it is truly a vacationers paradise! Whether you are into history, sports and recreation, shopping and dining, or just relaxing on the beach....St. Simons has it all!

This tastefully decorated top floor unit is bright and spacious with 2400 sq. feet of living space that is all conveniently located on one level. This is perfect for the elderly or anyone who may have difficulty climbing up and down stairs. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bath. The master bedroom/bath area has a large walk in closet, jacuzzi tub as well as a large walk in tile shower. There is a 2nd den area that is perfect for watching TV or just curling up with a good book. The porch/balcony area is truly one of the best features of this condo! It is a wonderful place to sit and relax and take in the ocean breezes. It is quite spacious and has "treehouse" feel about it. It is perfect for gathering with friends, reading a book or taking a nap. The unit has its own private elevator that makes carrying luggage and groceries up to the top floor unit quite easy. The private 2 car parking garage offers protection from the elements with remote access.

The condo is very conveniently located on Ocean Boulevard about half way between East Beach and the St. Simons village and pier area. The famous King and Prince resort is just a few blocks away as well as several well known St. Simons eating establishments.

We have been traveling to the St. Simons Island area for the past 30 years. When I was growing up, my family vacationed in the area. My parents now live in the area and my own children have grown up playing on the playground at Neptune Park and swimming on the various beaches around the island. St. Simons is a very unique, safe and magical area of coastal Georgia. Book your vacation with us and discover why so many people love to get on "Island Time"!

What makes this condo unique

I enjoy the ease of access to the beach across the street.....just steps away from the condo. It is less crowded than East Beach and we now have beach all day....even at high tide!

I also enjoy riding bikes to the village and pier area as well as other places around the island.

Beautiful top floor condo with a peak of the beach from the porch. Short walk to the beach. Great beach location. Not Tide limited. Sleeps a crowd. Only difficulty was in communicating with the owner and inability to unlock the computerized entry.

Owner's Response: My deepest apologies with that issue. We were overseas when that happened and my phone had been stolen. It was a very unfortunate set of circumstances, but the lock issue has been resolved and I now have a back up number posted on my information sheet.

Wonderful place - great layout, kids loved their spaces

Perfectly located just a short bike ride or walk to Mallery Street or even closer to Crab Daddies if you prefer and steps from the beach. The flow of the place was perfect - privacy for us, kids rooms were sufficiently big with bathrooms of their own. We all enjoyed the patio at various times when we were away from shopping and the beach. There wasn't a thing we lacked for our trip. We'll be back!

Its a home away from home

We wanted for nothing while staying here. Close walk to beach (just walked around the side of house and crossed small street. ). chairs, play toys in the garage. The kitchen had everything you need. Rooms were spacious and had tv's with cable (kids loved that). big closets. Plenty of towels and pillows. Bathrooms were big. Great laundry room with ironing board. It really had all the comforts of a home. We would stay here again.
