Great apartment, perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were 6 of us and we fit well. The apartment is off of a little street so that afforded some privacy but still accessible to downtown, restaurants and parks.

Great place for a group

Stayed here with a group of 5 for a surprise bday trip. Very happy with the location and set up. The only negative (but not big enough to reduce the rating) was the kitchen set up. If you are hoping to cook it is a little challenging - no volume measuring, no spatula, no cutting board, dull knives, etc.

Look, amenities and location are good but there are some quirks that come with this location.

The location downtown makes it convenient to get around by foot or a quick Uber/Lyft ride and provides a central location to Estes Park, the Rocky Mountains, and the Springs area. BUT this first floor location has some issues. You can hear those passing by on the sidewalk as they talk even with the doors, windows and blinds closed. The road seems to be a popular racing spot and if you like the room to be at 75 or lower this is not the place to stay. You can only regulate the AC when the temp on some unit outside says it is over 75 degrees. This means the bottom floor unit that is surrounded by cement and little ventilation even with the windows open does not allow you to regulate the inside temperature. With the noise and those walking by your bedroom window at night leaving the window open to "cool" your bedroom doesn't work well.

Amenities are good and overall look of the building is nice but be prepared for some noise and temperature issues.
