About this property

This gracious New England Home has plenty of space, indoors and out, for entertaining and relaxing. Whether you plan to see all that Newport, RI, has to offer or want to enjoy island living with all the amenities, this vacation property will provide the space and proximity to do it. The home has two levels of decks, the lower one poolside, (pool is heated) to maximize your enjoyment of water views. It is fully connected to internet and cable and has a master suite with King sized bed and private bath/dressing area, two queen bedrooms, each with adjoining full baths, and a loft with three twin beds and a futon. A neighborhood beach is within walking distance (1/2 mile), and a town beach is within a two-mile drive. Newport public beaches are a ten minute drive away, and the neighborhood in which the house is situated abuts a network of walking trails and a park. The house has been completely renovated, updated, and decorated, inside and out. The pool is open starting on Memorial Day weekend and closed mid-September. Cleaning fees additional.

Wonderful home/Beautiful location

We as a family absolutely loved staying at this home. Everything about it was spectacular. The view is amazing and we enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch every day on the deck. The house is immaculate and has everything that you could want. The location made it easy to get to Newport and Bristol and other surrounding locations in RI. This is a five-star home and the home owner was extremely attentive to any questions we asked.

This property has it all! You can go to the heart of Newport, or spend quieter time with family and friends right in the home itself. Built in 2002, the home was completely remodeled in 2013 with a brand new kitchen and master suite in 2013, and again in 2021 with two renovated bathrooms and new flooring in the bedrooms and entire downstairs area, as well as redecorated with new furniture inside and out. Our cleaning crew sanitizes our home after every visit according to COVID specifications. If it feels like a new home, that's because the house's features have been prepared and maintained for comfort, cleanliness, and beauty.
