Enjoy the ultimate in Luxury and relaxation in our upper unit Beachfront Condo with all the amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, two baths, central air, washer & dryer, cable TV, Wireless Internet, phone, Gas Grill, beach towels, cooler and more. All within a gated community. Our condo comfortably sleeps four. The master bedroom features Tommy Bahama furnishings, queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player and a large master bath with his & her sinks. The guess bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player and comfortable seating area and a spacious en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Our fully equipped custom kitchen features top of the line appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar with seating for four. Our well appointed dining area has seating for four as well. The living area has Tommy Bahama furnishings, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player and Bose docking station.

Unwind on the balcony off the living room or Master Bedroom, gaze at Cowpet Bay and views of islands further out in the Caribbean Sea. Head out the front door and your toes are in the warm sand and water within seconds, swim, snorkel or just relax reading a book under a palm trees or tan on the lounge chairs. Book a day sail, para-sailing or water sport rentals are available on the beach. Picturesque pool and hot tub right behind the beach to our left. Two restaurants ( Caribbean Fish Market & Sangria's ), Fitness Center and Day Spa are available right on site. We are right next to the Ritz with additional Restaurants and shops.

Five minute ride to Red Hook, enjoy shopping, dining at 10 to 12 restaurants and bars. Take a Ferry for Jost Van Dyke, British Virgin Islands, Tortolla ( passport required ) or a 20 minute ferry ride to St. John ( no passport required ) for more shopping, dining, beaches ( Hawksnest, Trunk Bay, Cinnimon Bay ), diving, snorkeling and sailing.

Our condo in St Thomas is truly in Paradise with endless opportunities for the greatest vacation of a lifetime.

About Bob & Pat ( Property Managers )

We first came to St. Thomas in 1973 for our Honeymoon, then again in 1983 for our 10th anniversary, didn't make our 20th, but returned in 1995 and have been back at least once a year since.

Our love for St. Thomas is shared by all my family and friends we have introduced to this Paradise. Two of my daughters and my brother were married on St. Thomas, it is truly a special part of our lives. We are truly blessed to realize our dream of ownership and hope to share our dream with You.

Location, Location, Location

The view, the location ( Right on the Beach ) and everything about this condo was the Best. We've stayed in a lot of condos over the years, this one is our favorite.

Being in a gated community, the beach wasn't crowded, had plenty of lounge chairs, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, plenty of beach toys to rent from the Beach Hut, two great restaurants. Red Hook is 5 minutes by car, there are a dozen restaurants, shop or you can take a ferry to St. John for the day.

Could not have asked for more, except to have stayed longer, we will be back.

Awesome Vacation

We just returned from an amazing stay at 38 Cowpet Bay West. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed to have wonderful beach experience. The views were spectacular and the beach was so peaceful. We honeymooned in St. Thomas 26 years ago and returned with our three children. I can't wait to do it again and would highly recommend this VRBO property. Thank you for a great vacation.

As Advertised!!

Unit 38 was exactly as pictured and described! My wife and I plus another couple spent July 4th week enjoying all this rental had to offer. Steps from a beautiful beach that was never crowded. Pool and pool bar plus two wonderful restaurants onsite. Unit had everything you could want but cannot bring on a plane. Two coolers, chairs, beach towels and the kitchen had high end appliances ready should you want to cook and eat in. Bob and Pat were great with everything from beach and restaurant recommendations to the directions from the airport. Unit 38 was an awesome base to see St. Thomas and the surrounding islands. The ferry from Redhook was only 6-8 minutes away. Awesome rental and we will be back again!

Why stay anywhere else?

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. It was fully stocked with the extras, such a laundry detergent, coffee filters, spices, etc - things we normally have to buy. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels. The managers were easily accessible for any questions. We had not been to St. Thomas before and researched central locations to stay. This is it! It's close to the ferry, the beach area is nicely maintained, with plenty of chairs and trees! We did not rent a car for the week. There is a great family on site that operates cabs, so we felt like we had personal drivers all week. The restaurants on site are actually very good too. Employees gave us great tips to use in town. Great vacation and would gladly return here! Thank you!

Total Paradise

This property was absolutely perfect! The condo was beautiful, updated, well equipped and had a huge balcony with an amazing view! We live in Boston and needed a warm, tropical getaway. The weather was perfect, 84 and sunny every day. We found some fun local bars and did enjoy Sangrias and the Beach Bar at Cowpet Bay West!

Hopefully you made yourselves some BBCs ( frozen Island Drink ) to sip on while enjoying the view from the Balcony or on the Beach. St Thomas has so much to offer and St. John is just a 20 minute ferry ride away, Beautiful Beachs, Great Snorkling, Scuba Diving, Parasailing, Jet skiing, Paddle Boarding, Hiking, Shopping, Boating, Island Hopping, Great Restaurants, the list is endless.
