This newly updated two storey self-catering townhome is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8. Our townhome is fully air-conditioned. It has been tastefully decorated and fully equipped to provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay in a home-like setting, while enjoying the wonderful amenities of a luxurious resort. Our home provides complimentary local and long distance domestic calls with USA, Mexico and Canada and free High-Speed wireless internet. The spacious family room is superbly and comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax while enjoying TV on our 40' flat screen HDTV with blue ray DVD disc player.The kitchen is equipped with all appliances for preparing and enjoying your meals right at home. For families travelling with small children we have provided you with a highchair, stroller and playpen for your convenience. Bedroom 1 is located on ground floor has a full sized adjoining bathroom and furnished with a new Queen size bed.
Bedroom 2 the master bedroom on second floor consists of a new King size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with soaking tub.
Bedroom 3 on the second floor consists of two new Queen size beds, en-suite bathroom and balcony door which leads to private covered balcony.
All bedrooms are equipped with 32' wall mounted HDTV, ceiling fans, hypo allergenic pillows and mattress protectors.

Regal Palms Resort & Spa is a private Gated resort and can only be entered via the use of electronic key cards. Regal Palms combines the fun and excitement of a gated vacation resort and incorporates a 2.5 acre tropical swimming pool complex for everyone. There are 2 heated pools, a children’s pool, a waterslide, a lazy river, and a heated bubbly Jacuzzi. There are waterfalls, sun bathing terraces, a center island, and an outside Tiki Bar.
The Resort has a reception desk open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with your needs. A friendly and knowledgeable staff awaits your arrival. The front reception service desk will also assist you with tickets to attractions and sightseeing tours, shopping information, and more. Within the clubhouse you will find a Restaurant, Sports bar with satellite TV, Games room with a variety of popular games & Internet Café (Wi-Fi can be used within the clubhouse free of charge). There is also a patio area outside overlooking the pool area for you to sit with friends and family enjoying your food and drinks from the restaurant or bar.
Hi! We are the Siinardi Family and Welcome to our Verona Palms Florida vacation home situated in Regal Palms Resort & Spa. We live in Toronto, Ontario Canada and we have two children. All four of us just adore Florida and in particular Regal Palms and all the resort has to offer.

Vacationed in Florida for the past 5 years. Purchasing our home in Regal Palms Resort & Spa was a very easy decision for us as we believe it to have the best tropical pool complex in the Disney area and caters immensely well for families. The home we chose is situated very close to the club house and pool complex making it easy and accessible for families travelling with young children.
Our home is the perfect choice for families wishing to have their independence while enjoying the facilities and still being close to Disney and all of Orlando's wonderful attractions.

The Prime location of our townhome is right around the corner from the Resort Pool and facilities making it convenient and very accessible for families with young children to enjoy their two minute stroll to and from the resort. There is ample room for parking two cars in the front of our home. The Clubhouse and Pool area are only a short walk away.

We stayed at Verona Palms this past August and we are excited to stay there again in the future. The property felt like a beach resort with being well maintained and extremely clean. When booking the beautiful and comfortable home, the owner was extravagant. They provided outstanding customer service and hopes that all their customers have a perfect stay. The home is spacious, comfortable, and located close to the resort amenities. Also, the home was close to many grocery stores as we were able to bring back groceries for our meals. Another bonus of the Verona Palms Home, is that it is close to Disney's main attractions. With just a short drive down the street, we were able to enjoy the magical parks. Will definitely return back to Verona Palms as we thoroughly enjoyed each day and night there. Personally, I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for the feeling of a homey, comfortable, clean and safe place to stay, while enjoying the luxuries of the resort. Overall, management was excellent and we are thrilled at the state of the home with being well decorated and cleaned.
The owner was great to deal with and quick to respond to my inquiries. Condo was clean, centrally located, beds comfortable. Front desk staff was great, super friendly. We had a little trouble with the pool towel machine on the first day, but seemed to work by day 2. Also know that we were there in September, which is the beginning of the off-season. The pool-side bar was closed so you would have to go inside Banana Jacks to order drinks, etc. But they did deliver poolside. My only complaint was the towels provided inside the condo. We were given bare minimum towels for our small family of three. I ended up sleeping in the downstairs bedroom because I hurt my foot and couldn't go up and down the stairs much. Most women like one towel for hair and one towel for body. I had to use one towel as a "bath mat" when I stepped out of the shower, which automatically put me short a towel. My daughter did not have a washcloth in her bathroom and there were no spares that we could find. It would be nice to have bath mats/rugs in each of the bathrooms, particularly since all the bathrooms have tiled floors. A few extra towels and wash cloths in a closet just in case needed. The kitchen "bar" towels were a little dingy and could be replaced. All the bedrooms had a ceiling fan which was very nice. Personally, I did not care for the vertical blinds throughout the condo. I am a very light sleeper and they sway and make noise when the fans are going. Overall, we enjoyed the condo. Thanks!
The townhouse at Regal Palms was clean, spacious and left me feeling like I was at home. I felt safe and comfortable. The pool area was fun and relaxing and left me feeling as if I was at a resort. The owner provided great customer service and helped me plan my stay. We enjoyed having access to restaurants, stores and Disney World close by. I highly recommend anyone staying here. Families or adult getaways... This is the place for rest relaxation and fun!!!
Everything was as expected and as promised. All the comforts of home and a three minute walk to the pool. Plenty of space for our party of six, whether we wanted some time alone or if we all wanted to gather in the living room/kitchen. The owner is extremely accommodating and was responsive when I had an inquiry. Nearby to restaurants, shopping and parks. A fantastic place to stay outside of Disney, I would definitely stay at this property again.
The home is very clean, perfect for a 2 families. It's spacious, everything we needed. We ate at the Banana Jack it was decent for the prize. The Pool was a bonus. Overall we highly recommend for a family
Property itself was good, well maintained, everything functional. A few points for improvement:
- Bedroom lighting was poor.
- No non-slip mats in the bathtubs. Kids fell down multiple times the first day.
- No foot mats in the bathrooms.
- Back patio where the large garbage bin is was very dusty and uncleaned.
- Washer & dryer in pictures showed separate units, was actually a single top & bottom - consequence was much more loads.
- Daily resort fees are not told before, along with cleaning fee if under 6 nights stay - factor into your cost analysis of options.
My problems were really at the start. In a nutshell, arrived at check-in time after over 13 hrs of travelling with my wife and 2 daughters (4 and 2). Spent over 1 hr in line (4th July weekend), then told nothing reserved for me. Another half hour to resolve. Got to residence, unpacked the vehicle, then realized unit was not cleaned - beds & baths used, stuff in garbage, fridge, sink, etc. Between front desk and management company, zero accountability, each saying I need to call the other. Eventually arranged for a cleaning crew to come in. Had to leave with my family, did not get back until after 9 pm.
- First 2 persons I spoke with at the mgt co. are severely lacking in customer training. I was tired, agitated, my children uncomfortable, tired, needing a clean bathroom and shower, and the reps responses to me were very hands-off. No empathy or attempt to sympathize with the situation, the stance was simply "I have apologized and we will try to get resolved, you tell me what else you want me to do!". Eventually the 3rd person I spoke with (Troy) was much better, managed to placate, apologized genuinely (unlike the generic "Sorry about that" apology from the previous 2), and took accountability for the issue.
- Troy mentioned that he would notify the owners and they would be in touch directly, I never heard from them.
- Even though it was a big holiday weekend, a check-in time of over 1-1/2 hrs is unacceptable.
- The resort and the mgt co. conveniently played tag team on dealing with the issue. Very frustrating when trying to get someone to help. Before speaking with Troy, I found an alternative hotel available and I was calling to cancel this booking and move on.
Did not use the resort amenities so cannot comment.
For me personally, would pick a location closer to intl drive next time. T/house was good, but mgnt co. was terrible.
