Come to the Shores of Panama for fun-filled beach vacation.

We've made our condo a place we enjoy visiting and are proud to share. It has breathtaking views and is the perfect location for any family to enjoy.

This unit was purchased by us in 2011 and was upgraded with beautiful tile, crown molding, stainless appliances, new furniture, and more.

In the winter of 2012, we upgraded the two main bathrooms with granite and subway tiles. In 2013, we remodeled the kitchen and purchased a dedicated parking space. There is no other condo like it at Shores.

The outdoor pool faces the gulf and is spectacular.

The master has a king size bed, 37' Flat Screen TV and Blue-ray DVD Player with internet apps (should you have a Netflix, Pandora, or similar account). The master bedroom also has a large bathroom with bathtub to enjoy.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. It also has a 32' flat screen TV.

The bunkroom has a set of bunk beds and a full size bathroom with shower. ONE OF THE FEW UNITS WITH A DOOR ON THE BUNKROOM FOR PRIVACY.

The living room/den overlooks the pool and beach and if you would like to watch TV, there we have a 46' Flat Screen TV with a Blue-ray DVD Player with surround sound and internet apps. We also have an audio-in connection for an iPod or iPad. If you don’t like the beach or it’s raining, you can be totally entertained in the condo.

Our unit is on the 19th floor near 2 high-speed elevators.

*We rent to couples and families ONLY.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

Age verification at check-in will be required.

Eight is the absolute maximum the condo sleeps.

6 night minimum in June/July. 5 night minimum in August.

Cleaning fee $100.00

Tax 13.0%

Reservation/Security Deposit is $100.00 - $250.00 (refundable).

A Master Card, Visa, or Debit Care is required to rent condo.

I grew up in Alabama and still have family there. I spent many summer vacations in Panama City Beach and remembered the awesome beaches. My sister and husband bought a place in Shores of Panama and raved about the experience. So, Lars and I decided to take the plunge and do the same. Because we’ve been to the Caribbean, Hawaii, and several places in Florida, we decided to give the unit a rich “island” feel. I hope you feel the breeze and relaxation as you enjoy your time in our home away from home.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo!!!

This condo is beautiful! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to vacation in Panama City. The condo was very clean and in a central location to everything on the beach. We were walking distance from almost all of the main attractions. The owner responded swiftly to all of our concerns. She was very welcoming. The condo had everything that you needed to make your stay as comfortable as it should have been. I will definitely return in the near future.

Beautiful

Beautiful. New mngmnt working hard! 2nd time back. Missed the courtyard entertainments we had last year. Elevators still crazy. Very lovely ammenities. The condo we rented was beyond gorgeous and it is 5 star! We love it. Everythin g so comfy and high end. Good, because 4 out of 6 days were bad weather and we stuck in condo alot. Recommend Shores of Panama.

Great food nearby. Easy easy access to front beach amd back beach roads, so touristy and non. Walkable to so much. Pool (s) wo derful and family friendly! Walk i side so great dor babies. Poolside bar and a poolside food tiki hut so never have to leave if thats uour style. Just miss the afternoon and evening courtyard/poolside entertainment. :(

Awesome Condo!!

We just spent 8 days and had a great time! This is my 7th time renting this condo and my experience has always been excellent. The owner Debbie is awesome and great to deal with. I would highly recommend renting this condo. PCB is the best!!!

Needs improvement

Property needs works, gym equipment broken, indoor pool not recommend (funky), front desk not maned as advertised (24 hr.) and construct in condos allow to start and end at all hours( front desk did nothing when notified that they are using tools to remove tile flooring starting at 5 am). Security is very compromise, anyone can enter elevators from side road which is not monitored. When renting condo it was not pet friendly, yet after 3 days the hallway stunk from dog odor and your clothing got hair on it when sitting on the sofa. Owner should be aware that renters are bring in pets and house keeping are not cleaning floors and furniture of pet hair. Hopefully the new resort owners will address problems and bring the resort up to 5 stars.

Owner's Response: This review was such a surprise and so disappointing. We take our guests' stay very seriously as reflected in our other reviews. As you can see from the following review (and previous reviews), most have a very different experience. We have notified the COA and my house keeper has done a thorough cleaning of our condo. So, I'm hoping the readers of this review will know our other reviews are the more common experiences of our guests. I'm so sorry for the property issues that were experienced. You stayed during the winter (a slow time where there are few guests on the property and some owners do maintenance) and during the last month of the previous property managers. So, I think the experiences with the overall property management reflected that. The COA now has full control of the property management and things are running as they should. Why this review is so disappointing is because I think I could have helped in rectifying all the issues. You called the first day of your stay and I was able to resolve the front desk issue. But, then I didn't hear from you again until you left 24 days later. I would have been happy to have the condo cleaned again to your satisfaction and would have dealt with the "unknown" pet at that time. I could have called security myself and dealt with the workers at unauthorized hours. I truly apologize. I just wish we had know before you left the property. Again, I apologize for your experiences.

The Best Vacation

This property and area was hands down one of the best places I have been over all of the vacations I have been to. The condo was beautiful, It had everything and more that we could want in a condo. The beach was beautiful and the pool was great. The only part that was a tad lacking was the wifi but everything else makes up for it.

I'm glad you thought so highly of the condo. We make it a place we enjoy visiting and love it when our guests feel the same! Regarding the Wi-Fi, they have recently changed providers and have been upgrading it this last week. One homeowner was testing the speed and posting it. So, we hope the upgrade will correct any issues you saw when you were there. Please know, we'd love for you to return and would feel honored to have you back.
