Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

If you have good luck you will meet our favorite Mayor of London - Boris Johnson - while he goes shopping as he chose Angel as his home. Islington is well known for nightlife and theatre and offers an impressive range to rival the West End.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

I had to have a place to stay in London while I was studying for the month of May. Paul and John were very nice and professional. Any time we had questions or concerns they answered and helped right away. The apt was clean, (much cleaner than the apt the other students from my class had to stay in). The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home!! Also, the staff left us alone to enjoy our private time with minimal intrusions. If I ever get to travel to London again, I will definitely stay at Paul's place.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 4 had a terrific stay. The location was really convenient -- a quick tube ride to all the major sites in the city. I am quite tall (6 ft 6) and really appreciated the Super King size bed. If you're not aware, what the Brits call a King size bed is what we in the States call a Queen. A British Super King is what we call a King, and I didn't find many while researching London properties. It was one of the clinchers for this apartment.

We also really appreciated the washing machine in the kitchen. Having the ability to do laundry, especially when travelling with teenagers, made our trip much easier. The building is gated, so we always felt safe. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning, and the apartment was warm when we returned in the evening, but a few minutes of open windows and it cooled off nicely.

Everything worked as advertised, and we didn't have any problems. Paulo was very responsive before and during our stay, but we never needed anything while we were there. I can recommend this apartment without reservation, and we would certainly stay there again if we returned to London.

Great Stay!

The flat was exactly as advertised, which is always a relief. We found it to be clean and spacious enough to accommodate our family of four. It's convenient to the Angel tube station and also close to great restaurants and shops. The property owners thought of "little" things to make our stay easier by providing a hair dryer and multiple voltage converters. We wholeheartedly recommend this property.

The apartment was perfect!

We were in London to visit our daughter who was studying there for the semester. We had originally rented a one-bedroom apartment, but 2-weeks before our stay Paulo generously offered us a free upgrade to this apartment in the same area. We couldn't have been happier. The sitting area was VERY comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was just the right size. We highly recommend this apartment for a family of 3-4.

The customer service was great. From the moment we first emailed Paulo to checking in. Even though we were late, the representative was at the apartment to meet us and was very helpful and friendly. We felt if there was a problem (which there wasn't) it would have been taken care of quickly.

The Angel area is a wonderful area to stay - a lot of energy and plenty of choices for eating and entertainment. The 4-minute walk to the tube is accurate and couldn't have been more convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer).

Perfect!

Die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir waren hier für fünf Tage. Es war genug Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Alles war sauber. Die U-Bahn konnten wir in wenigen Minuten erreichen.

Die Gegend rund um die Unterkunft ist entzückend. Wir fanden auch tolle Lokale für Frühstück und Abendessen.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen!!!!

Loved our location!

Spacious apartment for a family of 4. Enjoyed our location near the Underground which we used every day. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean. We had a small problem while we were there and the owner responded immediately. We would stay there again the next time we are in London.
