Overall we loved the place, the owner was great to deal with and quickly responsive and we had a great time.

Well the apartment was great! It has a nice view and is breazy, safe, quiet, private, better priced than El Conquistador and beautifully decorated.

Would definately stay again, we travel a few times a year there and you will definately be getting our business. Have also recommended to a few people already so you might be getting some calls.

El apartamemto esta muy bonito, limpio y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Tuvimos un poco de problema con el Wifi pero tan pronto lo notificamos, nos resolvienron el problema. Recomendado!

Wonderful condo in Fajardo!

Great stay in this roomy condo. Stayed for two days in this well kept and clean three bedroom home. The views are gorgeous with views of the water from the balcony. Our family loved the downstairs game room with pool table and expansive patio. It was told to us that the building was having some water issues during our stay, but we noticed no problems. Rooms and bedding are very comfortable with quickly cooling air conditioning. In addition this is a very secure property with guard at the entrance 24/7. We had no problems. 100% recommend booking this home if you are looking for a relaxing time away from home.

An experience the whole family wants to repeat

When we arrived at the apartment everything was clean and orderly. Our family did not want to leave the premises because they felt so comfortable, just like being at home. Clean living room, clean bedrooms, clean family room, clean bathrooms, everything was just amazing and in order. Everything is near by, beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, El Yunque, and there is so much to do, but we had little time. When we return for vacation we want to stay at Pena Mar again, it is definitely worth it. It's like my son said, "this part of the island is like a whole different world." The only down fall was that we couldn't stay longer.

Clean, convenient and spacious

We had a good time staying here. There were a few bumps the first day regarding the security guard and the water heating up, but once we handled those issues all was well.

The property is well monitored, and is a nicer property in Fajardo compared to other places we saw driving the area. If I were visiting this side of the island again I would stay here. Thanks to Lourdes and Mariangel for taking care of our initial concerns and responding so promptly with solutions.

Minimum 3 nights stay. If stay is on/between Christmas or New Years booking has to be a minimum of 5 nights. Christmas and New Year's period 45 day cancellation policy with no penalty.

1) The maximum amount of people allowed in this apartment is 8. If for any reason, at check-in there are more people than the amount authorised and allowed, the guard will notify the Condominium Association and we might get fined $100/day for this violation. We encouraged to let us know the name of all people staying to meet this requirement. Otherwise, we will need to pass the violation fee to the guest and forfeit the deposit.
2) We encourage not to hang towels on railings. This is a violation of the Condominium Association the violation is $100. For this we might need to forfeit the security deposit.
3) Please park on your designated parking spot. Otherwise, it is a violation of the Condominium Association and the violation is $100.
4) We encourage you read all the house rules in the contract, to avoid any violations from the Condominium Association.
