Beautiful condo! Nice view from the balcony, nice way to start and end your day! Great location within walking distance to a lot of places. The condo has everything you needed away from home. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Stay was great.
Enjoyed our stay in this well kept condo! It was nice to have beach chairs in the room. Furnished nicely, kitchen had all the necessities to be able to eat meals. The view is fantastic. Great balcony to watch the sunset from. Definitely would recommend this unit!
Overall, nice stay. Kitchen is well stocked and updated, but it's time for the rest of the condo to be updated . . . not bad, just a bit outdated and worn. Gave lower rating on cleaning due to mold across the bottom of the shower curtain. Gave lower rating on owner communication due to excellent experience on a previous rental at another condo in IRB, with the owner periodically checking in with us during and after our stay to make sure everything was OK (and virtually no communication with this owner). Unfortunately, time admiring the beautiful view from the balcony was frequently spoiled by people from other condos smoking. Washer and dryer in the condo were great. While we didn't use them, the availability of beach toys, chairs, etc was nice. We stayed during the less popular season, so things were usually quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves (during the week). Again, overall nice and relaxing stay in a great location.
Everything was great except for the mattress on the pullout couch. Enjoyed the extra’s: shuffle board etc
This property was perfect. This was our first stay at treasure island and I am sure it won't be our last. The condo was just the right size for our little family of 3. Overall it was very clean and had everything we needed. Our 4 year old really enjoyed the beach toys and board games that were provided (we liked that we didn't have to take any). The property is in the perfect location. The beach wasn't crowded and you were in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! The only small issue we had was trying to text itrip with the number provided for texting. We tried a few times with no response. However, we called and were promptly helped with what we needed.
