Apartment perfect to enjoy the charms of the Gulf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 2 weeks at this lovely apartment. Although parts of the apartment are dated, I know the owners are slowly updating things - they have remodelled the bathrooms which are gorgeous. Saying that, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The apartment is a good size, stunning views, and well located for restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had no issues while we there and management company were really helpful when we needed a couple of questions answered. The apartment is located in a well maintained building. We’ll be booking this apartment again when next in Indian Shores.

Wonderful Sunsets

The pool was never crowded. The walks on the beach were wonderful.

The Rose.

The Rose is a fabulous location. Full time residents and guests are all kind and friendly. This unit has beautifully remodeled bathrooms. My understanding is kitchen is to be remodeled soon. Carpet is slightly worn and needs cleaning.

Owners provided lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was well-maintained, and the beach was clean. Taylor from Seaside Property Shoppe was responsive and great to work with.
