Now available after being completely renovated, this incredible third floor Ocean Sands condo is open for your vacation plans. You'll stay at not only one of the freshest and most elegantly furnished condos in the building, but also at one of the few units with a private balcony and patio that is so large, you'll feel like you're in another full size living room.
Everything here is finished with luxury and roominess. From the large beachfront living room with twin couches, large screen TV with DVD, spacious eating area and open floor plan, to the elegant kitchen, premium quality beds, and large closets, there's plenty of room to spread out and relax. The condo is equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer, premium cable TV, free high-speed internet WiFi, and free long distance telephone service.
The master bedroom directly faces the Gulf and beach and leads out to the private balcony, and is beautifully furnished with a luxurious king size bed and an extra twin size bed for the little ones. The ensuite bathroom is elegantly remodeled with granite vanities and over-sized tub/shower combo. The large walk-in closet gives you plenty of room for everything, and the entire room is surrounded with warm wood flooring.
The second bedroom features two full size beds, and leads out to the guest bathroom, with large walking shower. The bathroom is also finished with granite and tile, and is all new inside.
Gourmet's to the culinary challenged will love the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you would ever need for a month or a week, and is fantastically remodeled with granite and all stainless steel appliances. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, kitchenware - everything is provided and premium quality.
This condo is ready to go for the most discerning of guests, and Ocean Sands is ready for your best vacation location ever!
My family of my wife, mother - inlaw and self had a great time . Weather was great, 60's - 80's it really helped Kathy my wife and I to heal with the warmer weather . The two girls had a great time shopping, a thing girls do . The condo was clean, modern, and the view was perfect . There was a quick response by iTrip to fix the wireless phones when they were down, Brandion did a get job to fix said problem . Thank you Liz and iTrip team .
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed to feel welcome and comfortable, including updated cable tv's. The condo was very clean and the large balcony was a nice bonus. There was an issue with the pool not being heated on a 74 degree day (just one day). Some of the nights were quite cold, so the pool needs to be heated in order to enjoy it this time of year. One of the full time residents said it was because they were down to one maintenance guy and he did not have time to put the cover on at night. With that exception, the common areas were well maintained. The complex has a large charcoal grill which is almost worthless and seldom used. A couple of gas units would be much more useful. Anyway, the condo itself was great and we already booked for next year. Lots to do within walking distance, even more to do if you have a car.
Oceans Sands 306 was AWESOME!! Definitely 5 stars! Great balcony, comfy bed, and great location. Would come back again!
Ocean Sands Tower One #306 is a very open and spacious Gulf Front Condo. There are many good restaurants (Ocean Breeze/Off The Hook) is a must choice for your 1st night stay because you will keep going back for more, the Clam Chowder was the best we've ever had, CVS, Convenience Store, within walking distance of the condo. The large balcony is awesome for dolphin watching to star gazing at night. We have been to Madeira Beach 5 different times and this was the most enjoyable stay mainly because of this beautiful space. We would definitely choose this condo on our next visit.
Rental process and ITrip were super! We love the location of ocean sands in Madeira beach and we rented this condo because of the larger patio, since grandchildren would visit and we wanted the extra space. Sunsets were spectacular! But, this unit had its flaws. Master bedroom mattress is terrible (as was reported last year by other renters), so don't expect to sleep! Chaises and patio beach chairs are old and need replacing. Dishwasher does not clean dishes,unless you hand wash beforehand (waste of our vacation time). Refrigerator water filter broke and toilet broke but was repaired by ITrip in a timely fashion. Finally, air conditioner worked when it felt like working. Unless these items are corrected, I would highly recommend you avoid this unit.
My husband and I came for two weeks at the beginning of November and the weather was very humid, hot and sunny for the first week and it was difficult to keep cool. The balcony was very exposed and the parasol over the dining table did not tilt so there was very little shade, also one of the sunbeds was falling apart. The blinds in the lounge did not tilt properly either and the fan in the lounge was not working, making the lounge very hot. Otherwise we had a great time and the condo was exactly as described. Everything else worked perfectly, it was much quieter than we expected considering it is on a main junction and the pool area was great, immaculately maintained.
